Follow these steps for efficient juicing:

1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. For most items, pre-cutting is not necessary due to the 130mm wide feed chute. For fibrous vegetables like celery, cutting into smaller pieces (approx. 1-2 inches) is recommended to optimize juice extraction and prevent clogging.
2. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp containers are in place.

4. Turn the control knob to the 'ON' position to start the juicer. The cold press technology operates at 50-60 RPM to minimize oxidation and maximize nutrient retention.
