The SIMO Solis Lite is a portable 4G LTE mobile hotspot designed to provide wireless internet access in over 140 countries. The Solis Lite features a minimalist design with a central indicator light and power button. It is designed for portability and ease of use.
4. Configuració i activació
4.1 Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge your Solis Lite device using the provided USB cable and a compatible power adapter. The indicator light will show charging status.
4.2 Engegada/apagada
- Per engegar: premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada fins que s'il·lumini l'indicador lluminós.
- Per apagar: premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada fins que l'indicador lluminós s'apagui.
4.3 App Download and Registration
To manage your device and data plans, download the Solis app from your mobile device's app store (available for iOS and Android). Follow the in-app instructions to register your Solis Lite device.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Connexió de dispositius
Once powered on and activated, the Solis Lite broadcasts a Wi-Fi network. Cerca the network name (SSID) on your device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) and enter the password provided in the Solis app or on the device itself (if applicable). The Solis Lite supports connection for up to 10 devices simultaneously.

5.2 Data Plans and Usage
The Solis Lite includes 1GB of high-speed data per month for the lifetime of the unit, plus an additional 20GB of US data. Additional data can be purchased through the Solis app as needed. The device automatically connects to the strongest available local network in over 140 countries.

5.3 Funcionalitat del banc d'energia
The Solis Lite can also function as a power bank to charge other devices. Connect your device to the Solis Lite using a compatible USB cable. Refer to the device's specifications for output details.
6. Manteniment
6.1 Cura de la bateria
- Eviteu exposar el dispositiu a temperatures extremes.
- Carregueu el dispositiu regularment, fins i tot si no l'esteu fent servir, per mantenir la bateria en bon estat.
- No intenteu substituir la bateria interna.
6.2 Neteja
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

7.1 Sense connexió a Internet
- Ensure the Solis Lite is powered on and fully charged.
- Check the indicator light for network status.
- Verify your data plan status in the Solis app.
- Restart both the Solis Lite and your connected device.
7.2 Slow Data Speeds
- Traslladeu-vos a una zona amb millor cobertura de xarxa.
- Reduir el nombre de dispositius connectats.
- Check for any background data usage on connected devices.
7.3 El dispositiu no s'encén
- Assegureu-vos que el dispositiu estigui completament carregat.
- Prova un cable de càrrega USB i un adaptador de corrent diferents.
- Contacteu amb el servei d'atenció al client si el problema persisteix.
