Welcome to the Techmade Glow Smartwatch user manual. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, and maintain your new smartwatch. Familiarize yourself with the main components of your Techmade Glow Smartwatch.

4. Configuració

4.1. Càrrega del rellotge intel·ligent

Before first use, fully charge your Techmade Glow Smartwatch.

A fully charged battery provides up to 7 days of typical use.

To unlock all features and synchronize data, pair your smartwatch with the dedicated Techmade app on your smartphone.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Navegació bàsica

• Pantalla tàctil: Llisca cap a l'esquerra/dreta, amunt/avall per navegar pels menús i els widgets. Toca per seleccionar.
• Botó lateral: Press once to return to the home screen. Press and hold to power on/off or access system options.

5.2. Trucades i notificacions

With Bluetooth connectivity, you can manage calls and receive notifications directly on your wrist.

• Fer/Rebre trucades: When a call comes in, you can answer or reject it from the watch. You can also dial numbers or select contacts from the watch interface.

5.4. Modes esportius

Choose from over 80 integrated sport modes to track your workouts accurately.

1. Navigate to the "Sport" or "Workout" section on your watch.
2. Select your desired activity (e.g., running, cycling, yoga, tennis).
3. Start the activity. The watch will record duration, steps, calories burned, and other relevant metrics.
4. End the activity when finished. Data will sync to the app.

6.2. Resistència a l'aigua

The Techmade Glow Smartwatch is rated IP67 water-resistant. This means it is protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.

Important: While IP67 rated, it is not recommended for swimming, showering with hot water, or diving. Avoid exposure to high-pressure water or chemicals. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time with normal wear and tear.
