1. Càrrega dels auriculars

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the headset's USB-C port.

2. Attaching the Detachable ENC Microphone

1. Locate the microphone port on the left earcup of the headset.
2. Align the microphone's connector with the port and gently push until it clicks into place.
3. Adjust the flexible microphone arm to position it optimally near your mouth.

The headset includes an advanced Environmental Noise Cancelling (ENC) microphone for clear communication.

3. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (USB-A Dongle)

1. Plug the USB-A wireless dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS4, or PS5.
2. Power on the headset. The headset will automatically attempt to connect to the dongle.
3. A successful connection is indicated by a steady LED light on both the headset and the dongle.
4. On your device, ensure the Cosmic Byte Immortal is selected as the audio output and input device.

The included USB-A dongle provides seamless 2.4GHz wireless connectivity.

4. Connexió mitjançant Bluetooth

4. Select the headset to pair. The LED will turn solid once connected.

5. Connecting via Wired (3.5mm Audio Cable)

El micròfon no funciona

• Check if the microphone is muted via the headset's mute button or your device's software settings.
• Verify that the Cosmic Byte Immortal is selected as the input device in your system's sound settings.
• Test the microphone on another device if possible.

Problemes de connectivitat

• Sense fil de 2.4 GHz: Ensure the USB dongle is firmly plugged in. Try a different USB port. Re-pair the headset with the dongle if necessary (refer to specific pairing instructions if provided with the product).
• Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Forget the headset from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. Keep the headset within the 10-meter range.

Short Battery Life / Not Charging
