3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Instal·lació física

The PNI IP744 camera is designed for indoor use and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface using its adjustable stand.

2. Muntatge (opcional): If wall-mounting, use the provided mounting bracket and screws to secure the camera. Ensure the camera is stable and positioned correctly.
3. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the USB cable to the camera's DC 5V port and the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on automatically.

3.2 App Installation and Initial Connection

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca "Tris Home" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and download the dedicated application.
2. Crea un compte: Open the Tris Home app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
3. Afegeix un dispositiu: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Follow the prompts to connect your PNI IP744 camera to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering Wi-Fi credentials.
4. Instal·lació de la targeta MicroSD (opcional): If you wish to use local storage, insert a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot on the camera before powering it on or after initial setup.

4. Funcionament de la càmera

4.1 Viu View i Enregistrament

Once connected, open the Tris Home app to access the live video feed from your camera. You can initiate manual recordings or capture screenshots directly from the app interface.

4.2 Detecció de moviment

The camera features intelligent motion detection. You can configure detection sensitivity and alert notifications within the Tris Home app. When motion is detected, the camera can send alerts to your smartphone and initiate recording.

4.3 Àudio bidireccional

Use the two-way audio feature to communicate through the camera. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and the camera's built-in speaker will broadcast your voice. The integrated microphone allows you to hear audio from the camera's environment.

4.4 Visió nocturna

The PNI IP744 is equipped with 2 IR LEDs and 2 white LEDs, providing clear color images at night. The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, with a night vision range of up to 10 meters.

5. Manteniment

• Neteja: Netegeu suaument la lent i el cos de la càmera amb un drap suau i sec. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o netejadors abrasius.
• Actualitzacions de firmware: Periodically check the Tris Home app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Gestió de targetes MicroSD: Regularly back up important recordings from your MicroSD card. Format the card periodically to maintain performance.

6. Solució De Problemes

La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:

• Assegureu-vos que la vostra xarxa Wi-Fi sigui de 2.4 GHz. La càmera no admet xarxes de 5 GHz.
• Check that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly in the app.
• Apropa la càmera al router Wi-Fi per millorar la intensitat del senyal.
• Reset the camera using the reset button (refer to Image 3.3 for location) and try the setup process again.

Poca qualitat d'imatge:

• Assegureu-vos que la lent de la càmera estigui neta i sense pols ni taques.
• Comprova la velocitat de la teva connexió a Internet. Una connexió lenta pot afectar la qualitat de la transmissió en temps real.
• Verify that the camera is receiving adequate power.

Motion detection alerts not working:

• Confirm that motion detection is enabled in the Tris Home app settings.
• Ajusteu la sensibilitat de detecció de moviment.
• Check app notification settings on your smartphone to ensure alerts are not blocked.

MicroSD card not recording:

• Ensure the MicroSD card is inserted correctly and is not full.
• Format the MicroSD card through the app.
• Verify that recording settings (e.g., continuous recording, motion-triggered recording) are configured correctly in the app.
