Seguretat làser

ADVERTIMENT: This product contains a Class 4 laser. Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause severe eye damage and skin burns. Always wear the provided laser safety goggles during operation.

The machine is equipped with an anti-UV filter acrylic cover on the laser module, which reduces 97% of ultraviolet rays. However, additional eye protection is mandatory.

Assemblea

The Creality Falcon 10W is designed for quick assembly, with approximately 60% of components modularized.

Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included physical user manual for step-by-step assembly. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.

Instal·lació de programari

The machine is compatible with LightBurn (Windows 7/8/10/XP) and LaserGRBL (Windows/Mac/Linux). Install your preferred software on your computer.

Ajust del focus

Proper focus is crucial for optimal engraving and cutting results. Use the multi-level fixed focus block to adjust the laser module's height based on material thickness:

• Engraving/Cutting Thickness of 1-3mm Basswood: Adjust to the lowest setting.
• Cutting Thickness of 4-6mm Basswood: Adjust to the middle setting.
• Cutting Thickness of >7mm Basswood: Adjust to the highest setting.

Instruccions de funcionament

Preparació del material

Place the material to be engraved or cut flat on the working surface. The machine offers a generous 15.7" x 16.3" (400x415 mm) workspace.

Operació de programari

Carrega el teu disseny file (SVG, PNG, DXF, TIF, BMP, PDF, NG, JPEG, JPG formats are supported) into LightBurn or LaserGRBL.

Configure the laser parameters (power, speed, passes) according to the material type and desired effect. Refer to the software's documentation for detailed parameter settings.

Gravat fora de línia

For offline creation, import files via the TF card. Insert the TF card into the designated slot on the machine. You can then manage your creation with a single button to preview, start, pause, or stop without a computer connection.

Manteniment

Workspace Cleaning

Keep the working area and honeycomb base clean from debris and dust to maintain engraving quality and machine longevity.

Lubricació

Resolució de problemes

Laser Not Firing / No Illumination
