5. Configuració i instal·lació
5.1 Muntatge
The MC701 controller is designed for panel mounting. Refer to Figure 4.3 for dimensions. Ensure adequate space for ventilation and wiring connections at the rear of the unit.
5.2 Connexions de cablejat
Refer to Figure 4.2 for the wiring terminal diagram. All wiring should be performed with power disconnected.
- Font d'alimentació (85-265 VCA): Connect the main power supply to terminals 8 and 9.
- Entrada del sensor:
- K-Type Thermocouple (TC): Connect the positive (+) lead to terminal 6 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 7.
- PT100 RTD: Connect the two signal wires to terminals 4 and 5. If using a 3-wire PT100, connect the third compensation wire to terminal 3.
- SSR Output: Connect the Solid State Relay (SSR) control input to terminals 10 (+) and 11 (-).
- Sortida de relé: Connect the load to the relay contacts. Terminal 12 is Normally Open (NO), Terminal 13 is Common (COM), and Terminal 14 is Normally Closed (NC).
- Alarm Output (AL1): Connect alarm devices to terminals 1 and 2.

After all connections are securely made, apply power to the unit. The controller will perform a self-test, and the PV and SV displays will illuminate.

6.1 Mostra finalview
- VA (Valor del Procés): The upper red display shows the current measured temperature from the sensor.
- SV (Valor definit): The lower green display shows the desired target temperature.
- Indicador OUT: Illuminates when the output (Relay or SSR) is active.
- Indicador AT: Illuminates during the auto-tuning process.
- Indicadors ALM1/ALM2: Illuminate when the respective alarm conditions are met.
6.2 Configuració de la temperatura objectiu (SV)

6.3 Accessing Parameter Settings
To access advanced parameters (e.g., PID settings, alarm values, sensor type, ℃/℉ conversion):

6.4 Auto-Tuning (AT)
Auto-tuning helps the controller optimize its PID parameters for your specific system, leading to more stable and accurate temperature control.
- Set the desired SV.
- Manteniu premut el botó R/S button for approximately 3-5 seconds. The AT indicator will illuminate, and the controller will begin the auto-tuning process.
- Allow the system to cycle through several heating/cooling periods. The AT process is complete when the AT l'indicador s'apaga.
- To stop auto-tuning manually, press and hold the R/S button again for 3-5 seconds.
7. Manteniment
The Wisoqu MC701 controller requires minimal maintenance to ensure long-term reliable operation.
