4. Configuració

The TOPUTURE Walking Pad Treadmill features an installation-free design, meaning it comes pre-assembled and ready for use right out of the box. Follow these steps for initial setup:

2. Col·locació: Choose a flat, level surface for the treadmill. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for safe operation and heat dissipation.
3. Unfolding (if applicable): If using the treadmill with the handle, gently lift the handle until it locks into place. Ensure the quick release handle mechanism is securely engaged.
4. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the power cord to the treadmill's power input port and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Funcionament bàsic

1. Encès: Ensure the safety key is in place. Press the power button on the console or remote control to turn on the treadmill. The LED display will illuminate.
2. Inici: Press the 'Start' button. The treadmill will typically begin at a low speed (e.g., 0.6 MPH) after a short countdown.
3. Ajustar velocitat: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or remote control to increase or decrease the speed. The speed range is 0.6 to 7.5 MPH.
4. Atura: Press the 'Stop' button to gradually bring the treadmill belt to a halt. Alternatively, pulling the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill.

5.2 Incline Feature

The treadmill features a manual 7% incline, designed to simulate climbing and increase calorie expenditure. To adjust the incline:

1. Ensure the treadmill is stopped and unplugged for safety.
2. Locate the manual incline adjustment points at the front of the treadmill.
3. Lift the front of the treadmill and insert the provided support feet into the higher slots to achieve the 7% incline.
4. Ensure the treadmill is stable before resuming operation.

6. Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la cinta de córrer.

6.1 Lubricació

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and wear. It is recommended to lubricate the belt every 3-6 months, or after approximately 50 hours of use, depending on usage frequency. Use only silicone-based treadmill lubricant.

1. Apagueu i desconnecteu la cinta de córrer.
2. Afluixeu lleugerament els cargols del rodet posterior per aixecar la corretja.
3. Apliqueu una línia fina de lubricant uniformement sota el centre de la cinta de córrer.
4. Estrenyeu els cargols del rodet posterior.

6.2 Neteja

Regularly clean your treadmill to prevent dust and debris buildup.

• Vacuum under the treadmill periodically to remove dust and lint that can accumulate.

6.3 Ajust del cinturó

If the running belt starts to slip or drift to one side, it may need adjustment.

• Centrant el cinturó: If the belt drifts to the left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise in small increments (e.g., 1/4 turn). If it drifts to the right, turn the right rear roller bolt clockwise. Run the treadmill at a low speed and observe the belt's movement. Adjust until the belt is centered.
• Apretant el cinturó: If the belt slips during use, it may be too loose. Turn both rear roller bolts clockwise in small, equal increments until the slipping stops. Do not overtighten.
