3. Configuració i emparellament

To begin using your Quican IDW19 Smart Watch, follow these steps to download the companion app and pair your device:

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca and download the "VeryFit" app from your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android 6.0+ and iOS 9.0+).

The Quican IDW19 features a 1.8-inch ultra-high-definition colorful touch screen (240 x 284 resolution). Swipe across the screen to navigate through menus, notifications, and features. Tap to select options.

The smartwatch is equipped with a built-in HD speaker and Bluetooth 5.3, allowing you to answer or make calls directly from your wrist. The IDW19 supports over 120 sports modes, including walking, running, cycling, swimming, and more. It records steps, calories, and distance. The IP68 waterproof rating allows for use during hand washing, swimming, or surfing, but it is not suitable for hot water.

Equipped with 7 high-performance optical sensors, the watch continuously monitors your heart rate, SpO2 (blood oxygen), and stress levels. It also tracks your sleep status, differentiating between deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness. This data helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle. 5.4. Notificacions de missatges

6. Durada i càrrega de la bateria

The Quican IDW19 Smart Watch is equipped with a 300 mAh Lithium Polymer battery. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once fully charged, the watch can last for 3-7 days with normal use and up to 30 days on standby.

• El rellotge no s'encén: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow at least 30 minutes for it to charge before attempting to power it on.
• No s'ha pogut emparellar amb el telèfon:
  1. Confirma que el Bluetooth està activat al teu telèfon.
  2. Ensure the "VeryFit" app is installed and open.
  3. Reinicieu tant el telèfon com el rellotge intel·ligent.
  4. Comprova si el rellotge ja està emparellat amb un altre dispositiu. Desconnecta'l si cal.
• Call function not working: Ensure the watch is connected for calls in your phone's Bluetooth settings (separate from the app connection).
• Dades de salut inexactes: Assegureu-vos que el rellotge estigui ben ajustat al canell, ni massa ajustat ni massa fluix. Netegeu els sensors regularment.
• Notificacions que no apareixen: Check app permissions on your phone to ensure the "VeryFit" app has access to notifications. Verify notification settings within the "VeryFit" app.
