5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació física

1. Unpack the RODOT Ewelink Smart Outlet Plug from its packaging.
2. Locate a standard wall outlet (100-240V AC) where you intend to use the smart plug.
3. Plug the smart outlet firmly into the wall outlet. Its compact design allows it to fit without blocking adjacent outlets.

5.2 App Installation (Ewelink App)

1. Descarrega't el Ewelink App from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Open the Ewelink App and register for a new account or log in if you already have one.

5.3 Procés d'aparellament

Follow these steps to pair your smart plug with the Ewelink App:

1. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The smart plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
2. Press and hold the pairing button on the smart plug for more than 5 seconds until the LED inside the button blinks fast twice and then slow once to enter pairing mode.
3. Open the Ewelink App. On the 'My Home' screen, tap 'Add' or the '+' icon in the top right corner to add a new device.
4. The app will search for nearby devices. Once the smart plug is found, select it from the list.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the device to your Wi-Fi network by entering your Wi-Fi password.
6. Once successfully added, you can rename the device and assign it to a room for easier management.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Control manual

Each outlet on the smart plug has an independent power button. You can manually turn on or off the connected appliance by pressing the corresponding button on the smart plug itself.

6.2 Control d'aplicacions

Once paired with the Ewelink App, you can control your smart plug from anywhere with an internet connection:

• Open the Ewelink App.
• Select your smart plug from the device list.
• You will see two toggle switches, one for each independent outlet (Channel 1 and Channel 2). Tap to turn them on or off.

6.3 Control de veu

The smart plug is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. To enable voice control:

1. Link your Ewelink account to your Alexa or Google Home app.
2. Discover devices in your smart assistant app.

6.4 Configuració d'horaris i temporitzadors

The Ewelink App allows you to set various timing modes:

• Horari: Set specific times for the plug to turn on or off daily or on selected days.
• Temporitzador: Set a countdown timer for the plug to turn off after a specified duration.
• Temporitzador de bucle: Configure the plug to cycle on and off repeatedly for set intervals.

Access these options within the device settings in the Ewelink App.

6.5 Control de LAN

The smart plug supports LAN control, allowing you to control devices even without an internet connection, as long as your smartphone and the smart plug are on the same local network. Enable this feature in the device settings within the Ewelink App.

6.6 Remote Panel Controls

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1 Device Offline in App

• Comproveu la connexió Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi router is working correctly and the smart plug is within range.
• Xarxa de 2.4 GHz: Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The smart plug does not support 5GHz networks.
• Configuració del router: If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz, consider separating them or trying compatible pairing mode.
• Reemparella el dispositiu: If the issue persists, try re-pairing the device following the steps in Section 5.3.

7.2 Cannot Pair the Device

• Correct Pairing Mode: Ensure the smart plug's LED is blinking in the correct pairing pattern (fast twice, then slow once).
