Configuració

Follow these steps for initial setup of your Arboleaf Smart Scale:

2. Seleccioneu unitats: Within the Arboleaf app, navigate to settings and select your preferred unit of measurement (e.g., pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg)).
3. Parella el dispositiu: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the Arboleaf app and follow the on-screen prompts to pair with your scale. You may need to step on the scale briefly to activate it for pairing.
4. Enter Personal Details: In the app, enter your height, age, and other relevant details. Enable "Body Type" and "Metabolic Age" features if desired for more comprehensive analysis.

The Arboleaf app tracks 14 essential body metrics and allows for comprehensive progress monitoring. Data is synced via Bluetooth to your smartphone and can be integrated with Apple Health and Google Fit.

The scale also features an "Athlete Mode" for users who engage in intensive exercise (6+ hours/week, 18+ years old) to provide more accurate body composition readings tailored to their physiology.

Manteniment i cura
