Thank you for choosing the COOHILIGH Dual Lens Dual Screen 2K Solar Security Camera. This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your new security system. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

4. Configuració

4.1 Muntatge de la càmera i del panell solar

Trieu una ubicació amb ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view for the camera. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure.

1. Col·loqueu el suport de muntatge a la ubicació desitjada amb els cargols proporcionats.
2. Secure the camera unit to the mounting bracket.
3. Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sunlight absorption.
4. Connecteu el cable del panell solar al port de càrrega de la càmera.

4.2 App Download and Device Pairing

1. Download the 'Okam Pro' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Registra un compte nou o inicia la sessió si ja en tens un.
3. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode (indicated by a specific LED status, refer to camera's LED indicator guide).
4. In the app, tap 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Nota: la connexió Wi-Fi de 5 GHz no és compatible.
5. Once connected, you can name your device and begin live viewing.

5. Funcionament de la càmera

5.1 Viu View i la reproducció

Accedeix a foo en directetage from both lenses via the 'Okam Pro' app. You can switch between views or see a combined dual-screen display. Recorded footage can be accessed from the cloud storage or an inserted SD card (up to 256GB).

5.2 Àudio bidireccional

Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for real-time two-way communication. Tap the intercom icon in the app to speak through the camera.

5.3 Detecció de moviment i alertes

The camera features a high-sensitivity PIR sensor for accurate motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera can send instant alerts to your smartphone. You can adjust the sensitivity levels (high, medium, low) in the app settings to minimize false positives from environmental factors.

5.4 Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Control

The lower lens offers flexible pan and tilt capabilities, allowing you to remotely adjust the viewing angle. The camera supports 3550 horizontal pan and 900 vertical tilt, providing extensive coverage.

5.5 Visió nocturna

The camera provides clear night vision up to 50 feet. It features color night vision, enhanced by an integrated spotlight, ensuring full-color images even in low-light conditions.

5.6 Compartició multiusuari

You can effortlessly share camera access with family members or trusted friends through the 'Okam Pro' app, enhancing collaborative home security.

6. Manteniment

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your COOHILIGH security camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Neteja: Periodically clean the camera lenses and the solar panel surface with a soft, damp drap per eliminar la pols, la brutícia o les restes que puguin obstruir la visió o reduir l'eficiència de la càrrega.
• Càrrega solar: Ensure the solar panel remains unobstructed by leaves, snow, or other objects to guarantee continuous power supply.
• Actualitzacions de firmware: Check the 'Okam Pro' app regularly for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures the camera has the latest features and security enhancements.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no s'encén: Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight or charge the camera directly using the USB cable. Check the battery level in the app.
• No es pot connectar a Wi-Fi: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the camera is within range of your router. Restart both the camera and your router.
• Falses alarmes freqüents: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the 'Okam Pro' app to a lower level. Ensure the camera's view is clear of moving branches or reflective surfaces.
• Mala qualitat d'imatge: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure there is no obstruction in the camera's field of view. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength.
• Problemes d'àudio bidireccional: Ensure the microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the 'Okam Pro' app on your smartphone. Check the volume settings on both the app and your phone.
