Instruccions d'instal·lació
Installation should be performed by a qualified individual. Always ensure the spa's power is disconnected before beginning installation.
- Identificar els punts de connexió: Locate the spa controller, pump, spa supply, and spa return lines on your hot tub system.
- Install Injector: Integrate the provided injector into the spa's return line. Ensure a secure and watertight fit.
- Connect Check Valve: Attach the non-pressure check valve to one end of the ozone-resistant tubing. The check valve prevents water backflow into the ozone generator.
- Connect Tubing to Injector: Connect the other end of the ozone-resistant tubing (with the check valve) to the injector installed in the spa return line.
- Connect Generator to Tubing: Connect the ozone generator's output port to the remaining open end of the ozone-resistant tubing.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the 4-prong connector from the ozone generator to the designated ozone power receptacle on your spa's control system, if available. If not, use the provided power cord to connect the generator to a suitable electrical outlet, ensuring it is GFCI protected.
- Verifica les connexions: Double-check all connections for tightness and proper orientation.

Instruccions de funcionament
Once installed and powered, the Briidea Ozone Generator is simple to operate:
- Encès/apagat: Premeu el botó Poder button on the unit to turn the ozone generator on or off.
- Estableix el temporitzador: Utilitza el Temps+ i temps- buttons to select your desired operating duration. The available timer options are 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, and 5 hours.
- Pantalla LED: The LED screen will show the currently selected timer setting.
- Indicador de treball: A dedicated light labeled 'Working' will illuminate when the ozone generator is actively producing ozone.
Important Note on Automatic Operation:
This ozone generator model is designed to run for the set duration and then stop. It does not feature an automatic daily restart function. After a timed cycle completes, the unit will require manual intervention (pressing the power button or cycling the power) to begin a new operation cycle.

Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your ozone generator:
- Tubing and Check Valve Inspection: Periodically inspect the ozone-resistant tubing and the non-pressure check valve for any signs of wear, kinks, blockages, or damage. Replace these components if necessary, typically annually, to prevent water backflow and ensure efficient ozone delivery.
- Neteja de la unitat: Keep the exterior of the ozone generator unit clean and free from dust or debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or allow water to enter the unit.
- Emmagatzematge: If the spa or ozone generator will not be in use for an extended period, disconnect the unit from power and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
