• Do not use this body fat scale if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device. The bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology used by the scale sends a small, safe electrical current through the body, which may interfere with medical devices.
• Do not use this scale if you are pregnant. Body composition measurements may be inaccurate due to physiological changes during pregnancy.
• Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat, and stable surface for accurate measurements. Uneven surfaces can lead to inaccurate readings.

3. Guia de configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part inferior de la bàscula.
2. Obriu la tapa de la bateria.
3. Introduïu les 3 piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
4. Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.

3.2 Descàrrega i emparellament de l'aplicació

The arboleaf scale requires the arboleaf app for full functionality and detailed body composition analysis. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca "arboleaf" in your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and download the official application.
2. Activa el Bluetooth: Assegureu-vos que el Bluetooth estigui habilitat al vostre telèfon intel·ligent.
3. Obriu l'aplicació: Launch the arboleaf app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your user profile.
4. Pair the Scale: In the app, navigate to the device connection section. Step onto the scale to activate it. The app should automatically detect the "CS10E" device. Select it to pair.
5. Maintain Connection: During initial setup and measurements, keep your phone's screen on to ensure a stable Bluetooth connection for seamless data transfer.

3.3 Initial Profile Configuració

After pairing, the app will prompt you to enter personal details such as age, gender, height, and activity level. This information is crucial for the scale's algorithm to provide accurate body composition readings.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Prendre una mesura

1. Place the Scale: Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
2. Trepitjar: Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the four electrode pads.
3. Extend Handle: Gently pull the retractable handle upwards. Hold the handle with both hands, ensuring your thumbs are on the top electrodes and your fingers wrap around the side electrodes. Keep your arms straight and slightly away from your body, forming an angle.
4. Romandre quiet: Stand still until the measurement is complete. The display will show your weight and other key metrics. The app will simultaneously receive and process the full body composition data.

• Segmental analysis for muscle balance and fat distribution across different body parts (trunk, upper/lower extremities).

The app also allows you to:

• Track Trends: View weekly, monthly, and yearly charts of your measurements to monitor progress towards your goals.

5. Manteniment i cura

• Neteja: Netegeu la superfície de la bàscula amb un drap suau iamp drap. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni submergiu la bàscula en aigua.
