1. Instruccions de seguretat importants

Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and save them for future reference. Incorrect operation may cause damage to the appliance or injury to the user.

• The exterior wall of the double-wall design is designed to be cooler than ordinary glass kettles, but caution should still be exercised as hot water is inside.

3. Configuració i primer ús

3.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the kettle and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.

3.2 Neteja inicial

1. Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX level.
2. Bulliu l'aigua (vegeu les instruccions d'ús).
3. Descartar l'aigua bullida.
4. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

3.3 Col·locació

Place the power base on a stable, flat, and dry surface away from the edge of the countertop. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Omplir la tetera

1. Premeu el botó d'alliberament de la tapa per obrir-la.
2. Fill the kettle with fresh water between the MIN (0.5L) and MAX (1.7L) marks.
3. Tanqueu la tapa amb seguretat.
4. Col·loqueu el bullidor fermament sobre la base elèctrica.

4.2 Temperature Selection and Boiling

The kettle offers 5 preset temperature settings, indicated by different LED light colors.

1. Plug the power base into a suitable wall outlet. The LCD display will light up.
2. Premeu la tecla "SET" button repeatedly to cycle through the desired temperature presets. The LED display will show the selected temperature.
3. The 5 LED colors indicate the following temperature ranges:
• Verd: 0°C - 40°C (e.g., for water)
• Blau: 41°C - 60°C (e.g., for formula milk)
• Lila: 61°C - 80°C (e.g., for green tea)
• Blau clar: 81°C - 90°C (e.g., for coffee)
• Vermell: 91°C - 100°C (e.g., for black tea, boiling)

4. Once the desired temperature is selected, press the "Bullir" button to start heating. The kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature and then automatically switch to the keep warm function (if applicable).
5. To simply boil water to 100°C, you can directly press the "Bullir" button without selecting a temperature. The kettle will automatically shut off once boiling is complete.

4.3 Funció Mantenir Calent

After reaching the selected temperature, the kettle will automatically activate the 30-minute keep warm function. The display will show the current temperature, and the kettle will reheat if the temperature drops below the set point. Nota: The keep warm function does not apply when boiling to 100°C directly.

4.4 Automatic Shut-off and Boil-Dry Protection

The kettle will automatically turn off once the water has reached the boiling point or the selected temperature. It is also equipped with boil-dry protection, which automatically switches off the heating element if the kettle is accidentally switched on without sufficient water. Allow the kettle to cool down before refilling.

5. Manteniment i Neteja

5.1 Neteja diària

1. Desconnecteu sempre el bullidor i deixeu-lo refredar completament abans de netejar-lo.
2. Netegeu l'exterior de la tetera amb un damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni fregalls.

5.2 Descalcificació

Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Regular descaling is recommended to maintain performance and prolong the life of your kettle. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of white vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boil the mixture and let it stand for 30 minutes.
3. Pour out the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water.
4. For stubborn deposits, gently scrub with a soft brush or sponge after soaking.

Nota: Limescale forms from minerals in tap water. Using pure or distilled water can prevent scale buildup. Water quality varies by geographical area, affecting hardness and scale formation.
