Welder Machine Setup

1. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the welder to a suitable power supply using the provided 110V~220V adapter if necessary. Ensure the power source matches the machine's requirements.
2. Terra Clamp Connexió: Enganxa el terra clamp securely to the workpiece or welding table. Ensure good electrical contact.
3. Connexió de la torxa MIG: Connect the 15AK MIG Torch to the appropriate port on the front panel of the welder.

   • Install the welding wire spool, ensuring it rotates freely.
   • Thread the wire through the drive rollers and into the MIG torch liner. For aluminum welding, install the Teflon liner first.

5. Gas Connection (for Gas MIG): If using Gas MIG, connect the gas hose from your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., CO2, Argon, or mixed gas) to the gas inlet on the rear of the welder. Secure with hose bands.
6. Spool Gun Connection (Optional): If using a spool gun for aluminum welding, connect it to the dedicated spool gun port.

Welding Helmet Setup

1. Battery Installation/Check: The helmet comes with a battery installed. Ensure it is properly seated. A replacement battery is included.
2. Headgear Adjustment: Adjust the comfortable headgear for a snug and balanced fit. Use the adjustment knobs to customize the fit to your personal needs.

Passos generals de funcionament

1. Encès: Engegueu la soldadora amb l'interruptor principal.

Specific Welding Modes

• MIG amb gas (GMAW):

  Requires shielding gas (e.g., CO2, Argon, or mixed gas). Ideal for clean, high-quality welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (with appropriate wire and liner/spool gun). Ensure gas flow is set correctly.

• Gasless Flux Core MIG (FCAW):

  Uses flux-cored wire that produces its own shielding gas. Suitable for outdoor welding or when gas cylinders are inconvenient. Produces more spatter than Gas MIG.

• Stick/MMA (SMAW):

  Uses coated electrodes. Versatile for various metals and conditions, including rusty or painted surfaces. Select appropriate electrode type and diameter.
• Elevació TIG (GTAW):

  Requires a TIG torch (not included) and shielding gas (Argon). Provides precise, high-quality welds, especially on thin materials. Lift TIG initiates the arc by touching the tungsten to the workpiece and then lifting it slightly.

  Used for joining two overlapping metal sheets at specific points. Consult the machine's display for spot welding settings.

  The machine is compatible with a spool gun (not included) for improved aluminum welding performance, especially with softer aluminum wires. This bypasses the main wire feeder for better control.

• Funció d'enfosquiment automàtic: The helmet automatically darkens within 1/10000s when an arc is struck, protecting your eyes. It returns to a light state when the arc stops.

• Netejar regularment: Use compressed air to blow out dust and metal particles from inside the machine, especially around the fan and circuit boards. Do this with the power disconnected.

• Wire Liner: Periodically clean or replace the wire liner in the MIG torch, especially if wire feeding issues occur.

Welding Helmet Maintenance

• Lents netes: Clean the outer and inner protective lenses with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Replace scratched or damaged lenses immediately.
