Instruccions de configuració

Welder Machine Setup

  1. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the welder to a suitable power supply using the provided 110V~220V adapter if necessary. Ensure the power source matches the machine's requirements.
  2. Terra Clamp Connexió: Enganxa el terra clamp securely to the workpiece or welding table. Ensure good electrical contact.
  3. Connexió de la torxa MIG: Connect the 15AK MIG Torch to the appropriate port on the front panel of the welder.
  4. Instal·lació de cable:
    • Obriu el compartiment d'alimentació del filferro.
    • Install the welding wire spool, ensuring it rotates freely.
    • Thread the wire through the drive rollers and into the MIG torch liner. For aluminum welding, install the Teflon liner first.
    • Adjust the drive roller tension to prevent wire slippage or crushing.
  5. Gas Connection (for Gas MIG): If using Gas MIG, connect the gas hose from your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., CO2, Argon, or mixed gas) to the gas inlet on the rear of the welder. Secure with hose bands.
  6. Spool Gun Connection (Optional): If using a spool gun for aluminum welding, connect it to the dedicated spool gun port.

Welding Helmet Setup

  1. Battery Installation/Check: The helmet comes with a battery installed. Ensure it is properly seated. A replacement battery is included.
  2. Headgear Adjustment: Adjust the comfortable headgear for a snug and balanced fit. Use the adjustment knobs to customize the fit to your personal needs.
  3. Protecció de la lent: Ensure the outer and inner protective lenses are clean and free from scratches. Replace if damaged.
  4. Prova de funció: Press the "TEST" button on the helmet to verify the auto-darkening function. The lens should momentarily darken.

Passos generals de funcionament

  1. Encès: Engegueu la soldadora amb l'interruptor principal.
  2. Seleccioneu el mode de soldadura: Use the control panel to select the desired welding process (Gas MIG, Gasless Flux Core, Stick/MMA, Spot Welding, Lift TIG).
  3. Ajusta els paràmetres: Based on the material thickness and type, adjust the voltage, wire feed speed (for MIG/Flux Core), and current (for Stick/TIG) using the control knobs and display. The large LCD display provides clear readings.
  4. Preparació de la peça de treball: Ensure the workpiece is clean and free of rust, paint, or oil.
  5. Utilitzeu EPI: Always wear your auto-darkening welding helmet and other necessary PPE before striking an arc.
  6. Començar la soldadura: Initiate the arc and perform the weld.

Specific Welding Modes

  • MIG amb gas (GMAW):

Requires shielding gas (e.g., CO2, Argon, or mixed gas). Ideal for clean, high-quality welds on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (with appropriate wire and liner/spool gun). Ensure gas flow is set correctly.

  • Gasless Flux Core MIG (FCAW):

Uses flux-cored wire that produces its own shielding gas. Suitable for outdoor welding or when gas cylinders are inconvenient. Produces more spatter than Gas MIG.

  • Stick/MMA (SMAW):

Uses coated electrodes. Versatile for various metals and conditions, including rusty or painted surfaces. Select appropriate electrode type and diameter.

  • Elevació TIG (GTAW):

Requires a TIG torch (not included) and shielding gas (Argon). Provides precise, high-quality welds, especially on thin materials. Lift TIG initiates the arc by touching the tungsten to the workpiece and then lifting it slightly.

  • Soldadura per punts:

Used for joining two overlapping metal sheets at specific points. Consult the machine's display for spot welding settings.

  • Compatible amb la pistola de bobina:

The machine is compatible with a spool gun (not included) for improved aluminum welding performance, especially with softer aluminum wires. This bypasses the main wire feeder for better control.

Welding Helmet Operation

AZZUNO Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet Features

Image: The AZZUNO auto-darkening welding helmet, highlighting its 3.94" x 3.82" large viewing area, 1/1/1/1 true color lens, 1/10000s auto-darkening speed, and adjustable dark shades (5-9/9-13) with a grind mode (4).

Welding Helmet Lens Specifications and Controls

Imatge: Una imatge detallada view of the welding helmet's lens specifications, including arc sensors, UV/IR filter, and the control knobs for Shade, Sensitivity, Mode, and Delay. It also shows the test button and low battery reminder.

  • Funció d'enfosquiment automàtic: The helmet automatically darkens within 1/10000s when an arc is struck, protecting your eyes. It returns to a light state when the arc stops.
  • Ajust de l'ombra: Use the external knob to adjust the dark shade level (5-9/9-13) according to your welding process and current.
  • Control de sensibilitat: Adjust the sensitivity to ambient light and arc intensity. Higher sensitivity means the helmet will darken with less light.
  • Control de retard: Adjust the time it takes for the lens to return to its light state after the arc stops. A longer delay is useful for high-amperage welding to prevent eye fatigue from residual glow.
  • Mode de mòlta: Set the helmet to grind mode (shade 4) when grinding to prevent the lens from darkening. Remember to switch back to welding mode before welding.
  • True Color Lens: The 1/1/1/1 optical clarity true color lens provides a clear and accurate view del bassal de soldadura.

Manteniment

Welder Machine Maintenance

  • Netejar regularment: Use compressed air to blow out dust and metal particles from inside the machine, especially around the fan and circuit boards. Do this with the power disconnected.
  • Comproveu els cables i les connexions: Inspect welding cables, ground clamp, and torch for damage, fraying, or loose connections. Replace damaged components immediately.
  • Drive Roller Maintenance: Keep the drive rollers clean and free of wire debris. Ensure proper tension.
  • Contact Tip and Nozzle: Regularly clean or replace the contact tip and nozzle on the MIG torch. A worn contact tip can cause poor arc stability.
  • Wire Liner: Periodically clean or replace the wire liner in the MIG torch, especially if wire feeding issues occur.

Welding Helmet Maintenance

  • Lents netes: Clean the outer and inner protective lenses with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Replace scratched or damaged lenses immediately.
  • Comproveu els sensors: Assegureu-vos que els sensors d'arc estiguin nets i sense obstruccions.
  • Substitució de la bateria: Replace the lithium battery when the low battery indicator lights up.
  • Barrets: Inspect the headgear for wear and tear. Clean with a damp tela.
