Configuració

1. Charging the Grinder

Before first use, fully charge the grinder. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port located on the back of the device and plug it into a 5V/1A USB wall charger. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 18 shots of espresso grinding.

2. Adjusting Grind Setting

The OutIn Fino features a 28-position precision dial. Rotate the dial to select your desired grind size. Refer to the table below for recommended settings:

Note: For best results with the OutIn espresso machine, use a grind size setting of 2.1 or higher. The OutIn Fino grinder has 10 major divisions, each with 3 minor steps. Settings like 1-2 mean major 1, minor 2.

With the beans loaded and grind setting selected, press the power button once to start grinding. The grinder features auto-start and auto-stop functionality, ceasing operation once all beans are ground. It operates quietly at less than 60dB(A).

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your OutIn Fino grinder.

1. Cleaning the Burr

• The 38mm heptagonal conical burr is made from high-hardness 420 stainless steel.
• IMPORTANT: DO NOT RINSE WITH WATER. Water can damage the internal components and lead to rust.
• Use the included cleaning brush air blower to remove residual coffee grounds from the burr and grinding chamber.
• The inner burr is detachable using the provided hex key for thorough cleaning. Carefully unscrew the central screw, remove the burr, clean, and reassemble.
