Configuració

1. Assembling the Boom Arm Stand

1. Place the heavy base on a stable workbench.
2. Insert the vertical pillar (380mm high, Ø32mm diameter) into the designated hole on the base and secure it firmly.
3. Attach the horizontal moving arm (235mm travel) to the vertical pillar. Ensure it can slide smoothly and be locked into position.
4. Mount the focusing holder (76mm diameter) onto the horizontal arm. This holder will secure the microscope head.

2. Mounting the Microscope Head

1. Carefully insert the trinocular stereo microscope head into the focusing holder. The head mounting size is 3" (76mm) diameter.
2. Secure the head using the set screw on the focusing holder, ensuring it is stable but not overtightened.
3. Insert the WF10X/20 eyepieces into the two eyepiece tubes on the microscope head. For higher magnification, use the WF20X/10 eyepieces.

3. Connecting the Camera and Illumination

1. Attach the 48MP 4K HDMI Type-C B video camera to the trinocular port (23mm photo port) on the microscope head. You may need the 1x adapter lens for proper focus.
2. Connect the camera to a display (monitor/TV) via the HDMI cable for 4K output, or to a computer via the USB cable for image/video capture and software control.
3. Mount the 144 LED ring light onto the objective lens housing. The accessory mounting size is 1-7/8" (48mm female thread) diameter.
4. Connect the LED ring light to its power adapter and plug it into a power outlet (100-240V, 50-60HZ).

3. Adjust the brightness of the LED ring light using the variable intensity control knob. The brightness is 0-100% adjustable.

5. To change the overall magnification range, attach the auxiliary objective lenses (e.g., 0.5x for 3.5X-45X, 2.0x for 7X-90X). Ensure the microscope is refocused after changing auxiliary lenses.

3. Adjusting Interpupillary Distance and Diopter

1. While looking through the eyepieces, adjust the interpupillary distance by moving the eyepiece tubes closer or further apart until you see a single, clear circular field of view. The adjustable range is 2-1/8" to 3" (54-76mm).
2. If one eye appears out of focus, adjust the diopter ring on the left eyepiece until both eyes are in sharp focus.

4. Using the 48MP 4K HDMI Type-C B Camera

1. Once connected to an HDMI display, the camera will output a live 4K video feed.
2. Use the buttons on the camera unit or a connected USB mouse (if supported by the camera model) to navigate the on-screen display (OSD) menu.
3. From the OSD, you can adjust settings such as exposure, white balance, color, and capture images or record videos.
4. When connected via USB to a computer, use compatible microscopy software to view the live feed, capture images (Picture Pixel: 9280X5220 48M Pixel), and record videos (Video Frame rate: 4K(4:3)@24fps/2K@30fps/1080P@60fps).
5. The camera features auto color setting and auto/one-button white balance for optimal image quality.

Manteniment

1. Cleaning Optical Components

• Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust from lenses and eyepieces.
• For smudges or fingerprints, use a specialized lens cleaning solution and a clean, soft lens cleaning cloth. Apply solution to the cloth, not directly to the lens.
• Clean eyepieces and objectives gently in a circular motion from the center outwards.

• Store the microscope in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and corrosive chemicals.
• Regularly check and tighten any loose screws on the stand and microscope body.
