Setting up your Brita Hub Compact Water Filter System is a straightforward process that requires no special tools or complex installation. Follow these steps to begin enjoying filtered water:

1. Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Ensure you have the main unit, the removable water reservoir, and the carbon block filter.
2. Wash Reservoir: Before first use, wash the removable 9-cup water reservoir with mild soap and rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Insereix un filtre: Locate the filter compartment. Insert the Brita Hub filter into the designated slot. Ensure the Brita logo on the filter faces you and press the top end in until you hear two distinct clicks, confirming it is securely in place.

The Brita Hub Compact Water Filter System features simple push-button dispensing for immediate access to filtered water.

• Single Dispense: Press and hold the dispense button (indicated by a water drop icon) to dispense water. Release the button to stop dispensing.
• Dispensació contínua: Double-press the dispense button for continuous water flow. Press the button once more to stop the flow.
• Spout Clearance: The dispensing spout is designed to accommodate glasses and water bottles up to 12 inches tall.

Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Brita Hub system. This primarily involves filter replacement and cleaning.

Each Brita Hub water filter is designed to last approximately 6 months or filter 120 gallons of water, whichever comes first. The system includes a filter life indicator to help you know when it's time for a replacement.

• Llum verda: Filter life is sufficient.
• Llum groga: Replace the filter soon.
• Llum vermella: Change the filter immediately.

Regular cleaning of the water reservoir and drip tray is recommended to prevent mineral buildup and maintain hygiene.
