1. Introducció

2. Instruccions de seguretat

Observeu sempre les següents precaucions de seguretat per evitar lesions personals o danys a l'equip:

• Llegeix el manual: Familiarize yourself with all controls and safety warnings before operation.
• Equips de protecció individual (EPI): Wear eye protection, hearing protection, and appropriate clothing (gloves, sturdy shoes) during operation.
• Seguretat del combustible: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or use open flames near the unit.

4. Configuració

4.1 Muntatge

1. Col·loca les rodes: Securely attach the two wheels to the pressure washer frame using the provided hardware.
2. Connectar el mànec: Assemble and attach the handle to the main unit.
3. Connecteu la mànega d'alta pressió: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
4. Connect Water Suction Hose: Attach the water suction hose to the water inlet on the pump. Place the filter end into a clean water source (e.g., bucket, rain barrel).

4.2 Combustible i petroli

1. Afegeix oli de motor: Before first use, fill the engine crankcase with the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (not included). Refer to the engine manual for specific oil type and capacity. Do not overfill.
2. Afegeix combustible: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not overfill. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Arrencada del motor

1. Ensure the unit is on a level surface and connected to a water source.
2. Obriu la vàlvula de combustible.
3. Set the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (if the engine is cold).
4. Poseu l'interruptor del motor a la posició 'ON'.
5. Estireu fermament el cordó d'arrencada fins que el motor arrenqui.
6. Un cop el motor s'hagi engegat, moveu gradualment la palanca de l'estrangulador a la posició "RUN".

5.2 Using the Spray Gun and Nozzles

The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles, each designed for different applications:

• Vermell (0°): Raig de neteja de punta fina per a una neteja intensa de petites taques difícils. Utilitzeu-lo amb molta precaució.
• Groc (15°): Narrow fan spray for concentrated cleaning on hard surfaces.
• Verd (25°): Esprai de pressió mitjana per a la neteja general de la majoria de superfícies.
• Blanc (40°): Polvoritzador de ràdio ample per a una neteja suau de superfícies delicades.
• Black (65°/Soap): Low-pressure wide spray for applying detergent.

5.3 Aplicació del detergent

To apply detergent, ensure the black (65°/Soap) nozzle is attached. The pressure washer will draw detergent from an external container via a separate hose (if included or connected to the pump's detergent inlet). Follow detergent manufacturer's instructions for mixing ratios.

5.4 Tancament

1. Deixeu anar el disparador de la pistola.
2. Gireu l'interruptor del motor a la posició 'OFF'.
3. Tanqueu la vàlvula de combustible.
4. Desconnecteu el subministrament d'aigua.
5. Premeu el gallet de la pistola polvoritzadora per alliberar la pressió restant al sistema.

6.1 Manteniment del motor

• Oli de motor: Check oil level before each use. Change oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 25-50 hours or annually.
• Filtre d'aire: Clean or replace the air filter every 25-50 hours or more frequently in dusty conditions.
• Bujía: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Replace if worn.

6.2 Pump and Nozzle Maintenance

• Filtre d'aigua: Inspeccioneu i netegeu regularment el filtre d'entrada d'aigua per evitar que entrin residus a la bomba.
• Broquets: Netegeu els broquets obstruïts amb l'eina de neteja de broquets proporcionada o amb un filferro prim.
• Emmagatzematge d'hivern: If storing in freezing temperatures, drain all water from the pump and hoses, or use a pump protector/antifreeze solution.
