5. Configuració

5.1 Càrrega de la bateria

1. Connect the rapid charger to a standard electrical outlet.
2. Insert the 24V, 4Ah Lithium battery into the charger.
3. Allow the battery to charge fully before first use. The charger's indicator light will signal when charging is complete.
4. Disconnect the charger from the outlet and remove the battery once fully charged.

5.2 Attaching the Battery to the Winch

1. Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the winch.

5.3 Inspecting the Wire Cable

Before each use, carefully inspect the entire length of the wire aircraft cable for any signs of wear, damage, kinks, or fraying. Ensure the hook and handsaver are securely attached and in good condition. Never use a damaged cable.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Preparació per a l'operació

1. Ensure the winch is placed on a stable, level surface or securely anchored to a suitable point.
2. Connect the rotatable anchor hook to a secure anchor point.
3. Attach the load hook to the item to be pulled or lifted, ensuring a secure connection.
4. Confirm that the wire cable is not twisted or tangled.

6.2 Winch-In / Winch-Out Control

The winch features a control switch for managing cable movement:

• A winch-in (retract the cable), press and hold the switch in the designated 'in' direction (usually indicated by an upward arrow).
• A winch-out (extend the cable), press and hold the switch in the designated 'out' direction (usually indicated by a downward arrow).
• Release the switch to stop cable movement. The dynamic dual spring brake will engage automatically.

6.3 Parada d'emergència

In case of an emergency or unexpected operation, immediately press the emergency stop button. This will cut power to the winch and engage the brake, stopping all cable movement.

6.4 Post-Operation

Once the task is complete, retract the cable fully onto the drum, ensuring it is neatly spooled. Disconnect the load and anchor points. Remove the battery from the winch for storage.
