This manual provides instructions for the NEWQ Portable SSD Enclosure with MagSafe. This device allows you to expand storage for your iPhone with a USB-C port, transfer data to and from a PC, and functions as a magnetic phone stand with tripod compatibility. Configuració
1. Instal·lació de SSD
The enclosure supports 2230 NVMe M.2 and SATA SSDs. To install an SSD:
- Carefully open the SSD enclosure.
- Insert your compatible M.2 SSD into the designated slot, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Secure the SSD within the enclosure using the provided mechanism (e.g., screw or clip).

2. Attaching to iPhone (MagSafe)
The enclosure features MagSafe compatibility for secure attachment to your iPhone.
- Align the back of the SSD enclosure with the MagSafe area on your iPhone.
- The magnets will automatically snap the enclosure into place, providing a secure connection.

- For iPhone: Connect the USB-C cable from the enclosure to your iPhone's USB-C port.
- For PC: Connect the USB-C cable from the enclosure to an available USB-C port on your computer.
4. External Power Supply (Optional but Recommended)
For stable performance, especially with high-capacity SSDs (2TB, 4TB, 8TB) or when charging your phone simultaneously, connect an external power supply to the PD power port on the enclosure.
- Connect a USB-C power adapter (not included) to the PD power port on the enclosure.
- This provides up to 100W power delivery, ensuring sufficient power for both the SSD and your iPhone.

1. Data Transfer and Storage with iPhone
Once connected, your iPhone will recognize the SSD as an external storage device. You can now:
- Transfer photos and videos directly to the SSD.
- Record videos directly to the SSD, which is beneficial for large files and extended recording sessions.

- Fold out the integrated stand from the enclosure.

4. Using with PC
Connect the enclosure to your PC to transfer files between your iPhone (via the SSD) and computer.
- Connect the enclosure to your PC using the USB-C cable.

- Check the power adapter and cable for proper function.
- MagSafe Attachment Issues:
- Ensure your iPhone supports MagSafe.
- Remove any thick cases that might interfere with the magnetic connection.
