Configuració i instal·lació
1. Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria
The TLR-8 HL-X G sub uses a rechargeable SL-B9 Li-Ion battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
- Unscrew the bezel of the light to access the battery compartment.
- Insert the SL-B9 rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the light head.
- Securely screw the bezel back on.
- To charge, connect the USB-C cable to the light's USB-C port and to a power source. The charging indicator will show charging status.

2. Mounting to a Weapon Rail
The TLR-8 HL-X G sub is designed for select 1913 short-railed weapons. Use the rail grip clamp system for secure attachment.
- Ensure the firearm is unloaded and safe before handling.

- Align the light with the desired rail slot on your weapon.
- Push the light onto the rail until the crossbar engages with a rail slot.

Verify compatibility before attempting installation.

3. Changing Rear Paddle Switches
The TLR-8 HL-X G sub comes with interchangeable ambidextrous rear paddle switches (high and low) to suit user preference. Use the provided multi-tool for this operation.
- Using the multi-tool, carefully remove the existing paddle switch.
- Align the desired new paddle switch (high or low) with the slot.
- Press firmly until it clicks into place, ensuring it is securely seated.

Instruccions de funcionament
1. Basic Operation (Light and Laser Modes)
The TLR-8 HL-X G sub features three primary modes: LED light only, LED/laser combo, and laser only.
- Momentary Activation: Press and hold either ambidextrous paddle switch. Release to turn off.
- Encès constant: Quickly tap either paddle switch. Tap again to turn off.
- Selecció del mode: To cycle through modes (Light Only, Light/Laser, Laser Only), press and hold one paddle switch, then quickly tap the other paddle switch. Release both to set the desired mode. The device will remember the last selected mode.
2. Strobe Mode
The strobe mode can be user-enabled for tactical situations.
- To activate strobe, quickly double-tap either paddle switch.
- To deactivate strobe, quickly double-tap again or turn the light off and on.
3. Laser Adjustment (Zeroing)
The integrated green laser can be adjusted for windage and elevation to ensure accuracy. Use the provided multi-tool or a suitable small hex wrench (e.g., 1.3mm hex) for adjustment.
- Identify the windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustment screws on the side and bottom of the unit.
- Using the appropriate tool, turn the screws incrementally to adjust the laser point of aim.
- Ajust d'elevació: Turning the screw marked "D/U" (Down/Up) will move the laser vertically.
- Ajust del vent: Turning the screw marked "R/L" (Right/Left) will move the laser horizontally.
- Perform live-fire zeroing at a safe range to fine-tune the laser's accuracy with your firearm.

4. Safe Off Feature
The TLR-8 HL-X G sub includes a "Safe Off" feature to prevent accidental activation and conserve battery life. To engage or disengage, rotate the head of the light approximately 1/4 turn counter-clockwise from the fully tightened position. This will mechanically disconnect the battery circuit.
Manteniment i cura
- Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the light. For the lens, use a lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratching. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
