3. Configuració i instal·lació

The ARPHA Smart Lock is designed for easy installation. Please follow these steps carefully. For a visual guide, refer to the Installation Video Guide.

3.1 Prepare Your Door

• Measure the distance between the lock cylinder and the door edge to ensure compatibility (60mm or 70mm backset).
• Ensure the deadbolt is oriented correctly with the word "UP" facing upwards.

3.2 Instal·leu el pestell i la placa de tancament

• Introduïu el pestell a la vora de la porta.
• Secure the strike plate to the door frame using the provided screws.

3.3 Instal·leu el conjunt exterior

• Rotate the tail of the lock cylinder to the horizontal position.
• Pass the connection wire through the button of the cylinder.
• Align the protruding position of the latch with the concave position of the lock body and insert.
• Thread the antenna power cord through the bottom-right hole of the mounting plate.
• Secure the exterior assembly to the door using the mounting plate and screws.

3.4 Instal·leu el conjunt interior

• Adjust the knob on the interior assembly to the vertical position.
• Connect the front and rear power communication link cables.
• Secure the interior assembly to the door using the provided screws.
• Install 4 AA batteries (not included) into the battery pack.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Mètodes de desbloqueig

• Desbloqueig d'empremtes digitals: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor for instant access. The lock features 1-second biometric recognition with a 99.9% recognition rate and can store up to 50 fingerprints.
• Contrasenya del teclat: Introduïu la contrasenya programada al teclat numèric.
• Codi d'un sol ús: Generate temporary access codes for guests via the app.

4.2 Funció de bloqueig automàtic

The smart lock features an auto-lock function that can be set to automatically lock the door after a specified period (10 seconds to 30 minutes). This ensures your home is always secure, even if you forget to manually lock it.

Pressing the doorbell button on the smart lock will send an instant notification to your phone. You can then view live video, remotely unlock the door, and communicate with visitors using the built-in two-way microphone.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Substitució de la bateria

The smart lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). When the battery level is low, you will receive an alert. Replace all four batteries simultaneously to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.

5.2 Resistència a la intempèrie

The smart lock is IP65 waterproof certified and designed to withstand various weather conditions, with an operating temperature range of -31℉ to 158℉ (-35℃ to 70℃). Regular cleaning of the exterior with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to maintain its appearance and functionality.

6. Solució De Problemes

Problemes comuns i solucions:

• El pany no respon: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the power communication cables are securely connected.
• El lector d'empremtes dactilars no funciona: Assegura't que el dit estigui net i sec. Torna a registrar la teva empremta digital si el problema persisteix.
• Problemes de connectivitat Wi-Fi: Verify your router supports a 2.4GHz band, as 5GHz is not compatible. Ensure the lock is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.
• El timbre no notifica: Check app notification settings and ensure the lock has a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Excessive battery drain: Ensure you are using high-quality alkaline batteries. Frequent video streaming or two-way audio usage can increase battery consumption.
