The 3D adjustable headrest can be moved up and down, and also features rotation for precise neck and head support. This allows for continuous and effective support from multiple angles.

2.2 Lumbar Support & Back Adjustment

The dynamic lumbar support provides adaptive pressure to your lower back, preventing slouching and promoting good posture. The entire back support can be adjusted up and down with 5 levels, and you can also adjust the tension of the lumbar support using a knob located on the back of the chair.
