4. Configuració i instal·lació

4.1. Muntatge

Mount the LED driver in a suitable enclosure or fixture, ensuring adequate ventilation to prevent overheating. The driver is designed for dry and damp ubicacions.

4.2. Output Current Selection

Before wiring, select the desired output current using the switch located on the driver. Refer to Figure 1 for the switch location.

  • Posició ON: 1000mA output current.
  • 1a posició: 915mA output current.

Ensure the selected current matches the requirements of your LED module(s).

4.3. Instruccions de cablejat

All wiring must comply with local and national electrical codes. Use appropriate wire gauges for the current and voltage involved.

  1. Input Power (PRI): Connect the AC mains supply to the input terminals labeled G (Ground), N (Neutral), and L (Line). The driver accepts 120-277V AC, 50/60Hz.
  2. LED Output (SEC): Connect the LED module(s) to the output terminals labeled + LED i -LED. Observe correct polarity.
  3. Atenuació 0-10V: Connect your 0-10V dimmer control wires to the terminals labeled 0-10V+ i 0-10 V-. Ensure correct polarity for dimming functionality.

Once all connections are secure and verified, restore power to the LED driver. The connected LED module(s) should illuminate.

5.2. Dimming Control

Use a compatible 0-10V dimmer to adjust the light output. The dimming range is typically 10% to 100%. Ensure your dimmer is properly connected to the 0-10V+ and 0-10V- terminals.

6. Manteniment

The Tridonic LED driver is designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation. However, periodic inspection is recommended.

  • Ensure the driver is free from dust and debris, which can impede heat dissipation.
  • Check wiring connections periodically for tightness and integrity.
  • Do not attempt to open or repair the driver. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
