Instruccions de funcionament

Understanding the 3-Axis Control

The Benro GD36PT offers independent control over three axes: Pan, Forward/Backward Tilt, and Lateral Tilt. Each axis has a dedicated geared adjustment knob for precise movements and a rapid release function for quick repositioning.

1. Pan Adjustment (Horizontal Rotation)

The pan axis allows for 360° horizontal rotation of your camera. This is ideal for panoramic shots or adjusting the horizontal composition.

  • To make fine pan adjustments, rotate the dedicated pan adjustment knob (usually located at the base of the head).
  • For rapid pan adjustments, disengage the pan gear by pulling out the knob, reposition the camera, and then re-engage the gear.
  • Reference scales are available on the pan axis for repeatable movements.

2. Forward/Backward Tilt Adjustment (Vertical Angle)

This axis controls the vertical angle of your camera, allowing for precise tilting up or down. The tilt range is typically from -35° to +90°.

  • Use the dedicated forward/backward tilt adjustment knob for fine vertical adjustments.
  • For rapid adjustments, disengage the gear, move the camera to the desired approximate position, and re-engage for fine-tuning.

3. Lateral Tilt Adjustment (Side-to-Side Angle)

The lateral tilt axis allows you to adjust the camera's side-to-side angle, useful for leveling on uneven terrain or for creative compositions. The tilt range is typically from -90° to +15°.

  • Turn the dedicated lateral tilt adjustment knob for precise side-to-side angle changes.
  • Utilize the rapid release function for quick, larger adjustments before fine-tuning.
