Configuració
Càrrega del dispositiu

- Ensure the device is turned off before attaching or removing massage heads.

- Gently push the stem of the massage head into the opening at the front of the massage gun until it is securely in place.

- Encès: Press and hold the power button at the bottom of the device for 2 seconds to turn it on. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.

Using the Massage Heads
Select the appropriate massage head for the area you want to target:

Apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Start with the lowest speed setting and gradually increase the intensity as needed. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying gentle pressure. Do not apply excessive pressure or use on bony areas.
