4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Encès

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the camera's Type-C port.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The camera will power on and the indicator light will begin to flash.

1. Download the 'youkey' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

4.3 Opcions de muntatge

The youkey P310 can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a wall or ceiling. The mounting screw kit is included for secure installation.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Viu View i control de panoràmica/inclinació

Open the youkey app on your smartphone. Select your P310 camera to access the live video feed. Use the on-screen controls to pan (rotate horizontally 360°) and tilt (adjust vertically -10° to 55°) the camera lens to view diferents zones de l'habitació.

5.2 Conversa bidireccional

To use the two-way talk feature, tap the microphone icon in the live view interface of the app. Speak into your phone, and your voice will be transmitted through the camera's speaker. Tap the icon again to end the conversation.

5.3 Detecció i alertes d'IA

The camera's NeuraMind AI can detect human motion, pet activity, and baby crying. Configure alert settings within the app to receive instant notifications on your smartphone when these events occur. You can also set customizable detection zones to focus on specific areas.

5.4 Seguiment automàtic

The youkey P310 supports local storage via a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included). Insert the microSD card into the designated slot on the camera. You can also opt for cloud storage services (may require a separate subscription) for continuous recording and event-triggered video storage.

5.7 Mode de privadesa

Activate Privacy Mode through the app. The camera lens will physically rotate downward, concealing itself to ensure no recording or monitoring occurs. This provides enhanced privacy when you are home.

7. Solució De Problemes

• Càmera fora de línia: Check Wi-Fi connection, power supply, and ensure the camera is within range of your router. Restart the camera and router if necessary.
• Poca qualitat de vídeo: Ensure adequate lighting. Check your internet speed and camera placement relative to your Wi-Fi router.
