1. Introducció

4. Compatibilitat de components

4.1 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)

The L300 chassis supports dual-slot GPUs with a maximum length of 325mm. Ensure your GPU dimensions are within these limits for proper fitment and airflow.

4.6 Emmagatzematge

5. Configuració i instal·lació

Follow these steps to assemble your SHINYSNAKE L300 ITX case and install your components. It is recommended to watch the full installation video for a comprehensive guide.

5.1 Watch the Installation Guide Video

5.2 Preparació del xassís

  1. Remove the side panels by unscrewing the retaining screws on the rear of the chassis. Gently slide and lift the panels away.
  2. Remove any pre-installed fan brackets if necessary for your build configuration.
  3. Install the steel handle onto the top of the chassis using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened before installing the motherboard.

5.3 Instal·lació de la placa base

  1. Install your CPU, CPU cooler (if air cooler), and RAM onto the Mini ITX motherboard outside the chassis.
  2. Pre-route the CPU 8-pin power cable through the top of the chassis towards the PSU compartment.
  3. Carefully place the assembled motherboard into the chassis, aligning it with the standoffs. Secure the motherboard with screws.

  5. Connect the front I/O cables (USB 3.0, Type-C, Audio, Power Switch) to their respective headers on the motherboard. Use cable ties to manage these cables neatly.

5.4 PCIe Riser and GPU Installation

  1. Install the provided PCIe 4.0 riser cable into the motherboard's PCIe slot. Secure it with screws to the chassis.
  2. Pre-route the GPU power cables from the PSU compartment to the GPU installation area.
  3. Connect the GPU discrete power supply cables to your graphics card first.
  4. Carefully insert your GPU into the PCIe riser cable slot. Ensure it is fully seated.
  5. Install and secure the PCIe bracket to stabilize the GPU.

5.5 PSU Installation

  1. Connect all necessary modular cables to your SFX/SFX-L PSU.
  2. Slide the PSU into its designated compartment. Secure it with screws from the rear of the chassis.
  3. Connect the PSU extension cable to the power supply.
  4. Ensure the PSU fan is oriented correctly to draw in fresh air (typically facing outwards or towards the mesh panel). Incorrect orientation can lead to increased fan noise and higher temperatures.

5.6 Gestió de cables

Utilize the provided cable ties to neatly manage all internal cables. Proper cable management improves airflow and aesthetics. Ensure no cables obstruct fan blades or critical components.

5.7 Assemblea final

  1. Reattach the side panels by aligning them and sliding them into place. Secure them with the retaining screws.
  2. Connect the DisplayPort 1.4 cable to your GPU.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

After completing the assembly, connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to start your system. The mesh panels are designed for optimal airflow, ensuring components remain cool during operation.

7. Manteniment

  • Neteja: Regularly clean the mesh panels with a soft brush or compressed air to prevent dust buildup and maintain optimal airflow.
