1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your DEDRA SAS+ALL DED7046 Cordless Angle Grinder. This tool is designed for cutting and grinding tasks. The motor reaches speeds of up to 8500 revolutions per minute (RPM) and is compatible with 125mm diameter discs. The DED7046 features a safety switch, a quick-release disc system, a two-position side handle, and a rubberized grip for enhanced comfort and control. A two-hole disc change wrench is conveniently located in the side handle. The casing is made from fiberglass-reinforced nylon, offering increased resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria (bateria no inclosa)

This angle grinder operates on a DEDRA SAS+ALL battery (sold separately). Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.

1. Align the battery pack with the battery slot at the base of the grinder.
2. Slide the battery pack into the slot until it clicks securely into place.

1. Screw the auxiliary handle into one of the threaded holes on the grinder head.
2. Tighten it firmly by hand.

4.3 Disc Guard Adjustment

The disc guard protects against sparks and debris. Adjust its position to suit your task, ensuring maximum protection.

1. Loosen the screw or lever on the disc guard.

4.4 Disc Installation

Always ensure the grinder is switched off and the battery is removed before changing discs.

3. Remove the outer flange nut and the old disc.
4. Place the new 125mm disc onto the inner flange, ensuring it is correctly seated.
5. Replace the outer flange nut and tighten it clockwise using the wrench while holding the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Engegada/apagada

The grinder is equipped with an integrated safety on/off system.

1. Encendre: Slide the safety switch forward and then press the main power switch.
2. Apagar: Release the main power switch. The safety switch will automatically return to the off position.

5.2 Control de velocitat

This model features variable speed control, allowing adjustment between 4000-8500 RPM for different applications.

1. Locate the speed adjustment dial, typically found on the body of the grinder.
2. Rotate the dial to select the desired speed setting. Lower speeds are suitable for polishing or less aggressive grinding, while higher speeds are for cutting and heavy grinding.

• Tall: Use a thin cutting disc. Hold the grinder perpendicular (90 degrees) to the workpiece. Allow the disc to reach full speed before making contact. Apply light, consistent pressure and let the tool do the work. Avoid twisting or jamming the disc.

6. Manteniment
