1. Instruccions de seguretat importants

Please read all instructions carefully before using the BERGNER MAROON Immersion Blender. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Unitat motora: The main body of the blender with a 1000W motor and two-speed control buttons. Features an ergonomic design for comfortable grip.
• Eix de mescla: A removable stainless steel shaft with an anti-splash dome and sharp blades, ideal for blending soups, smoothies, and sauces directly in pots or bowls.
• Chopper (600ml): A 600ml capacity bowl with a sharp blade assembly and lid, designed for chopping ingredients like nuts, herbs, and vegetables.

3. Muntatge i muntatge

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.

3.1 Assembling the Immersion Blender

1. Alineeu l'eix de la batedora amb la unitat motora.
2. Gireu l'eix de la batedora en sentit horari fins que quedi ben encaixat.
3. To disassemble, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

3.2 Muntatge de la picadora

1. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl.
3. Col·loqueu la tapa de la picadora al recipient, assegurant-vos que estigui correctament col·locada.
4. Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and twist clockwise until it locks.

3.3 Assembling the Whisk Attachment

1. Introduïu el batedor a la caixa d'engranatges del batedor.

3. Twist the whisk gear box clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

4.1 General Blending (Immersion Blender)

1. Ensure the blending shaft is securely attached to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blending shaft into the ingredients. Ensure the liquid level is below the maximum fill line if using a container, and that the blades are fully submerged.
3. Connecteu l'aparell.
4. Press and hold the desired speed button (Speed 1 or Speed 2) to start blending. Speed 1 is for softer ingredients and general blending, Speed 2 provides maximum power for tougher ingredients.
5. Move the blender gently up and down and in circles to ensure even blending.

7. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending shaft or cleaning.

4.2 Using the Chopper

3. Press and hold the desired speed button to chop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold longer for finer results.
4. Monitor the consistency of ingredients through the transparent bowl.

6. Unplug the appliance before disassembling and removing chopped ingredients.

4.3 Ús del accessori de batedora

2. Place the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., eggs, cream) in a suitable bowl.
3. Connecteu l'aparell.
4. Press and hold the desired speed button to whisk.
5. Move the whisk gently to incorporate air and achieve desired consistency.

7. Unplug the appliance before disassembling and cleaning.

5. Manteniment i Neteja
