Muntatge i muntatge

Segueix aquests passos amb cura per muntar el teu hivernacle portàtil. Es recomana que hi hagi almenys dues persones per al muntatge.

1. Desempaquetar i identificar les peces: Lay out all components and identify them using the parts list (if provided in packaging).
2. Muntar el marc base: Connect the longest steel poles to form the rectangular base of the greenhouse. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Instal·leu suports verticals: Attach the vertical poles to the base frame, creating the upright structure.
4. Construir l'estructura del sostre: Assemble the angled poles to form the pitched roof structure, connecting them to the vertical supports.
5. Drapeu la coberta de PE: Carefully drape the main PE cover over the assembled steel frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
6. Assegureu la coberta: Fasten the cover to the frame using any integrated ties or fasteners. Ensure the zippered roll-up windows are correctly positioned.
7. Install Second Cover (Optional): If using the additional plastic cover for double protection, drape it over the PE cover and secure it.
8. Àncora l'hivernacle: For maximum stability, bury the extended edges of the cover approximately 4 inches (10cm) deep into the soil. Use the provided ground stakes for additional anchoring points.

Instruccions de funcionament

To maximize the benefits of your portable greenhouse, consider the following operational guidelines:

• Ventilació: Utilize the roll-up sidewalls and windows to control temperature and humidity. Open them on warm days to prevent overheating and close them during cooler periods or at night to retain heat.
• Ús de la coberta: The 140 GSM PE cover provides UV protection and maintains humidity. For additional protection during colder months, or to create a warmer microclimate, utilize the second plastic cover.
• Reg: Water plants as needed, being mindful of increased humidity levels inside the greenhouse which may reduce the frequency required compared to outdoor plants.

Manteniment i cura

• Neteja: Periodically clean the PE/plastic covers with mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris, ensuring maximum light penetration. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Inspecció del marc: Reviseu regularment el marc d'acer per detectar qualsevol signe d'òxid, connexions soltes o danys. Estrenyeu els cargols o connexions soltes segons calgui.
• Inspecció de la coberta: Inspect the covers for tears, punctures, or excessive wear. Small tears can often be repaired with greenhouse repair tape.
• Comprovació d'ancoratge: Re-check the ground anchoring, especially after strong winds or heavy rain, to ensure the greenhouse remains securely in place.
• Emmagatzematge d'hivern: If not using during winter, it is advisable to disassemble and store the greenhouse in a dry, sheltered location to protect it from harsh winter elements.

Resolució de problemes

• Greenhouse is unstable: Ensure the extended edges are buried deep in the soil (approx. 4 inches) and all ground stakes are firmly inserted. Check all frame connections for tightness.
• Temperature inside is too high: Open the roll-up windows and sidewalls for increased ventilation. Consider partially shading the greenhouse during peak sunlight hours.
• Temperature inside is too low: Ensure all windows and zippers are fully closed. Utilize the second plastic cover for additional insulation.
