2. Guia de configuració

Contingut del paquet:

Càrrega del ratolí:

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the supplied USB-C coiled cable to the mouse's front port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The mouse can be used while charging in wired mode.

Modes de connectivitat:

The R5 Ultra mouse supports three connection methods: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired USB-C.

Connexió sense fil de 2.4 GHz:

1. Locate the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse and set it to the 2.4G posició.
2. Insert the 8KHz wireless nano dongle receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. The mouse should automatically connect. For force code matching, press and hold the Left/Center/Right buttons for 3 seconds.

Connexió Bluetooth:

1. Set the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the BT posició.

3. Select "ATTACK SHARK R5 Ultra" from the list of available devices to pair. For force code matching, press and hold the Left/Center/Right buttons for 3 seconds.

The DPI (Dots Per Inch) sensitivity can be adjusted using the dedicated DPI button located on the bottom of the mouse. Pressing this button cycles through preset DPI levels, indicated by a change in the internal LED color. Refer to the customization software for specific DPI values corresponding to each LED color.

The ATTACK SHARK R5 Ultra mouse is fully customizable via a web-based driver software. This allows you to program buttons, adjust DPI settings, change polling rates, set lift-off distance (LOD), and configure other performance parameters.

• Access the software by visiting the official ATTACK SHARK website (refer to product packaging or official support channels for the exact URL).
• No download or installation is required; the software runs directly in your web navegador.
• Changes made in the software are saved directly to the mouse's onboard memory.

Ús ergonòmic:

The R5 Ultra's ergonomic design is optimized for precision and endurance. Its shape supports both palm and claw grip styles, referred to as "RelaxClaw," to minimize hand fatigue during prolonged gaming sessions. Experiment with the included anti-slip grip tapes to find your most comfortable and secure hold.

4. Manteniment

Neteja del ratolí:

• Regularly clean the mouse surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

• Use compressed air to clear dust and debris from the sensor area and button crevices.

5. Solució De Problemes

Cursor Skipping or Unresponsive Movement:

• Comproveu la connectivitat: Ensure the 2.4GHz dongle is securely inserted into a USB port, or that Bluetooth is properly paired.
• Col·locació del dongle: Move the wireless dongle closer to the mouse, ideally without obstructions.
• Proveu diferents ports USB: Connect the dongle or wired cable to a different USB port on your computer.
• Compatibilitat de superfície: Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective or uneven surfaces can affect sensor performance.
• Neteja el sensor: Gently clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a soft cloth.
• Re-pair Wireless: For 2.4GHz or Bluetooth, try re-pairing the mouse with the receiver/device.

Polling Rate Not Reaching 8KHz:

• USB Port Bandwidth: Ensure the USB port used for the dongle has sufficient bandwidth. Using a USB 3.0 or higher port is recommended.
