3. Configuració

3.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the scale using the provided USB Type-C charging cable and a 5V 1A charging adapter. The scale can be fully charged in 2 hours and used approximately 200 times on a full charge.

3. Pick up the handle and hold it with both hands, ensuring your thumbs and fingers are in full contact with the 4 hand electrodes. Keep your arms straight, no more than 45 degrees from your body.
4. Remain still until the measurement is complete and the readings stabilize on the display.

The scale's VA screen will automatically display 8 key measurement values: Weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Water Weight, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Body Age, and Body Type. 8. Manteniment

8.1 Neteja
