The AZZUNO TIG-200L is a versatile 200 Amp 5-in-1 TIG welding machine designed for a wide range of welding applications. It supports both 110V and 220V input voltages, making it suitable for various work environments. This machine integrates multiple welding processes, offering precision and control for different materials and tasks.

3. Accessoris inclosos

The following items are included with your AZZUNO TIG-200L welding machine. Please inspect the package contents upon arrival to ensure all items are present and undamaged. (Note: The list in the physical manual may contain errors; refer to this list for accuracy.)

  • Electrode Holder × 1
  • Terra Clamp × 1
  • 110V~220V Adapter × 1
  • Gas Hose × 1
  • Hose Band × 2
  • TIG Torch with Consumables (Ceramic Cups × 3, Collet × 3, Collet Body × 1, Long Back Cap × 1, Short Back Cap × 1)

Important: A Gas Regulator and Tungsten Electrodes are NO included and must be purchased separately for TIG welding operations.

4. Instruccions de configuració

Proper setup is essential for safe and effective welding. Follow these steps carefully.

4.1 Connexió d'alimentació

  1. Assegureu-vos que l'interruptor d'alimentació de la soldadora estigui en la posició "OFF".
  2. Connect the appropriate power cord (110V or 220V) to the welder and a suitable power outlet. Use the provided adapter for 110V/220V conversion if necessary.
  3. Verify that the power source matches the welder's requirements and is properly grounded.

4.2 TIG Welding Setup

  1. Cilindre de gas: Connect your Argon gas cylinder to a gas regulator (not included).
  2. Mànega de gas: Attach the gas hose (included) from the regulator to the gas inlet on the rear of the welder. Secure with hose bands.
  3. Torxa TIG: Connect the TIG torch cable to the appropriate connector on the front panel of the welder. Ensure it is securely tightened.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The large LED display provides clear feedback on welding parameters. Use the buttons and central knob to navigate and adjust settings.

  • Button A (Left Side): Selects welding modes (MMA, TIG, COLD, TIG-P, SPOT).
  • Button & Knob B (Center): The central knob rotates to adjust parameter values. Pressing the knob cycles through available parameters for the selected mode.
  • Button C (Right Side, 2T/4T): Toggles between 2T (Two-Touch) and 4T (Four-Touch) trigger modes.
  • Button D (Right Side, RECORD/SAVE): Used for saving and recalling welding parameter sets.

5.2 Modes i paràmetres de soldadura

Select the desired welding mode using Button A and adjust parameters with the central knob.

    • Start Current (I start): Current at the beginning of the weld.

    • Base Current (I base): Minimum welding current (for Pulse TIG).
    • Up Slope: Time taken for current to rise from start current to peak current.
    • Down Slope: Time taken for current to fall from peak current to crater current.
    • Crater Current (I crater): Current at the end of the weld to fill the crater.
    • Postflux: Duration of gas flow after the arc extinguishes to protect the weld puddle and tungsten.
    • Weld Time: Duration of the welding arc.
  • Pulsed HF TIG (TIG-P):

    This mode offers greater control and cleaner welds on thin metals by cycling between peak and base currents.

  • TIG EN FRED:

5.3 Memory Function (Save & Recall)

The TIG-200L allows you to save and recall up to 10 custom welding parameter sets.

  1. Guardar: Adjust all desired parameters for a specific welding task. Press the "SAVE" button. Use the central knob to select a memory slot (1-10), then press "SAVE" again to confirm.
  2. Recordar: Press the "RECORD" button. Use the central knob to select the desired memory slot. Press "RECORD" again to load the saved parameters.

5.4 Compatibilitat de materials

The TIG-200L is suitable for welding a variety of materials:

Nota important: For aluminum and magnesium welding, an AC TIG welder (such as the AZZUNO ACDC-200) is recommended, as the TIG-200L is a DC-only TIG machine.

6. Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la vostra màquina de soldar.

6.1 Manteniment diari:

  • Clean the welding torch and ground clamp to remove spatter and debris.
  • Check all cables and connections for wear, damage, or loose fittings.
  • Inspect the tungsten electrode for proper sharpening and condition. Replace ceramic cups and collets as needed.

6.2 Weekly/Monthly Maintenance:

  • Clean the exterior of the welder with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Use compressed air to blow out dust and debris from the ventilation openings. Ensure the machine is unplugged before doing so.
  • Check the gas hose for leaks or damage.

6.3 Emmagatzematge:

Store the welder in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and corrosive substances. Protect it from dust and extreme temperatures.
