2. Door Compatibility Check

Ensure your door meets the following specifications for proper installation:

The lock is compatible with most doors that have a rectangular latch faceplate cutout. It is no compatible with round faceplate cutouts, mortise, integrated, or rim cylinder lock types.

To connect your smart lock to the Philips Home Access app:

1. Download the Philips Home Access app from your device's app store.
