1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation. Retain this manual for future reference.

Safety Warning: Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Ensure all components are securely assembled and inspected before each use.

The YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower is designed for full-body cardio and strength training in a home environment. It features a silent magnetic resistance system and a compact, foldable design for convenient storage.

3. Configuració i muntatge

The YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower is designed for easy DIY assembly. Follow the steps below or refer to the official installation video for visual guidance.

Passos de muntatge:

1. Install the Front Support Foot: Use the T-wrench to remove the pre-assembled cylindrical head screws from the main frame. Reattach the Front Support Foot using the removed screws.
2. Install the Foot Pedal Stopper: Use the T-wrench to remove the pre-installed screws. Secure the Foot Pedal Stopper back onto the main frame using the removed screws.
3. Remove Pre-installed Slide Rail Screws & Bumper Blocks: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the pre-locked bumper blocks and screws from the slide rails.
4. Install the Slide Rail: Insert the Slide Rail into the designated slot in the Main Frame. Locate the Arc Cushion and the 6 pieces of M8x20 screws in the pack. Insert the Arc Cushion into the slide rail and use the T-wrench to fully tighten the screws.
5. Instal·leu el coixí del seient: Slide the Seat Cushion onto the Slide-Rail. Ensure the side with two grooves faces forward.
6. Install the Rear Support Foot: Insert the Rear Support Foot into the mounting holes inside the Slide Rail. Take out M8x2 locknuts from the parts tray and loosely secure them. Take out the M8x40x2 bolt and tighten it with the T-wrench. Then use the 13-15 Open Wrench to fully tighten the M8x2 locknuts from Step 2. Install the Slide Rail Decorative Cover.
7. Reinstall the Bumper Blocks and Slide Rail Screws: Locate the bumper blocks and slide rail screws that were removed in Step 3. Use the Phillips Screwdriver to reattach the bumper blocks and slide rail screws to their original positions. Ensure the bumper blocks and slide rail screws are securely locked in place.
8. Install the Foot Pedals: Locate the M12x150x2 screws from the parts tray. Insert the screws through the Foot Pedals, ensuring that the left and right pedals are correctly oriented. Use a 17-19 Open Wrench to tighten the screws clockwise, securing the pedals in place.
9. Instal·leu el suport del telèfon: Locate the M4x10x2 screws from the parts tray. Use the L-shaped Wrench 3# to tighten the screws clockwise, securing the Phone Holder in place.
10. Install the Support Foot Assembly: Locate the Support Foot Welding Assembly. Use your hands to screw it in place, tightening it clockwise.
11. Instal·leu les bateries: Take out the Data Display and locate the battery cover. Install two AAA batteries with the correct orientation, then gently replace the battery cover, ensuring it is securely in place.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Ajust de resistència:

The YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower features 16 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance. Turn the tension control knob located on the main frame clockwise to increase resistance (higher numbers) and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (lower numbers). Adjust the resistance to match your fitness level and workout goals.

Using the Smart Display & App:

The integrated LCD monitor displays real-time workout data including Time, SPM (Strokes Per Minute), Distance, Calories burned, and total Count. The rower is compatible with fitness applications such as YPOOFIT and Kinomap. Download these apps from your device's app store and connect to the rower for guided workouts and progress tracking. Proper Rowing Form:

Effective rowing engages your entire body. The stroke consists of four phases: the catch, the drive, the finish, and the recovery. Focus on pushing with your legs, swinging with your core, and pulling with your arms. The 6.5% incline design simulates an uphill rowing experience, intensifying your training and accelerating fat burn. Maintain a smooth, consistent rhythm for optimal results and to minimize joint stress.

5. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower.

Neteja:

• Netegeu la màquina amb un anunciamp drap després de cada ús per eliminar la suor i la pols.
• Eviteu utilitzar netejadors abrasius o dissolvents que puguin danyar l'acabat o els components electrònics.

Emmagatzematge:

The rower features a space-saving design, allowing it to be stored vertically. Utilize the built-in transport wheels to easily move the machine to your desired storage location. Ensure the rower is stable when stored upright to prevent accidental tipping.

Comprovacions periòdiques:

• Reviseu periòdicament tots els cargols i perns per assegurar-vos que estiguin ben ajustats. Estrenyeu-los si cal.
• Inspect the slide rail and seat rollers for any debris or wear. Clean as needed.
• Check the resistance mechanism for smooth operation.

6. Solució De Problemes

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your YPOO V1-Magnetic Rower.

La pantalla no funciona:

• Comproveu si les piles estan correctament instal·lades i tenen prou càrrega. Substituïu-les si cal.
• Ensure all connections to the display unit are secure.

Problemes de resistència:

• If resistance feels inconsistent or too loose/tight, verify the tension control knob is correctly adjusted.
• Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the magnetic flywheel.
