3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Desembalatge

1. Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge, inclosa la cinta adhesiva i les pel·lícules protectores.
2. Inspect the ice maker for any shipping damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3. Ensure all accessories are present: ice scoop, water inlet hose, and drain hose.

3.2 Col·locació

• Place the ice maker on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight when full of water and ice.
• Allow at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space around the back and sides for proper air circulation and heat dissipation.

3.3 Connexió d'aigua

This ice maker requires a continuous water supply and drainage.

1. Entrada d'aigua: Connect the provided water inlet hose to a potable water supply with a pressure between 15-80 PSI. Secure the connection to prevent leaks.
2. Drenatge: Connect the provided drain hose to the unit's drain outlet. Route the drain hose to a floor drain or a suitable drainage system. The integrated drain pump will assist in water removal. Ensure the drain hose has a continuous downward slope to prevent water stagnació.

3.4 Neteja inicial

Before first use, it is recommended to clean the interior of the ice maker.

1. Add a mixture of water and a small amount of mild detergent to the water reservoir.
2. Run a self-cleaning cycle (refer to Section 5.1).
3. Drain the cleaning solution completely.
4. Rinse the interior with clean water and drain again.

4.1 Tauler de control

• Pantalla LCD: Shows current status, timer settings, and error codes.
• Botó ON/OFF: Encén o apaga la unitat.
• TIMER/CLEAN Button: Initiates the self-cleaning cycle (press and hold for 5 seconds) or sets the 24-hour timer.
• Botons +/-: Adjust ice thickness or set timer duration.
• Botó LLUM: Controls the interior light (if applicable).

4.2 Fabricació de gel

1. Assegureu-vos que el subministrament d'aigua estigui connectat i engegat.
2. Premeu el botó ON/OFF button to start the ice making process. The unit will automatically fill with water and begin producing ice.
3. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer. Subsequent cycles will produce ice in approximately 12-20 minutes.
4. The ice maker will automatically stop when the ice storage bin is full.

4.3 Ajust del gruix del gel

You can adjust the ice thickness to suit your preference or application.

1. During ice making, use the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the ice making time, which directly affects the ice thickness.
2. A longer ice making time results in thicker ice; a shorter time results in thinner ice.

4.4 Funció de temporitzador

The 24-hour timer allows you to schedule the ice maker's operation.

1. Premeu el botó TEMPORIZADOR/NETEJA button (short press) to activate the timer setting mode.
2. Utilitza el + or - buttons to set the desired delay time (in hours) before the unit starts or stops operation.
3. Premeu el botó TEMPORIZADOR/NETEJA botó de nou per confirmar la configuració.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Funció d'autoneteja

The ice maker is equipped with a self-cleaning function for convenient maintenance.

1. Ensure the unit is powered on and has water in the reservoir.
2. Manteniu premut el botó TEMPORIZADOR/NETEJA botó durant 5 segons.
3. The unit will initiate a 30-minute cleaning cycle.
4. After the cycle, drain the water from the unit.

5.2 Neteja regular

For optimal performance and hygiene, regular manual cleaning is recommended.

• Diari: Drain any remaining water from the reservoir using the gravity drainage system.
• Setmanal/Bisetmanal: Unplug the unit. Remove the ice scoop and ice bin. Clean the interior surfaces, water reservoir, and ice-making components with a soft cloth and a mild, food-safe cleaning solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

5.3 Emmagatzematge

Si la màquina de gel no s'utilitzarà durant un període prolongat:

1. Perform a thorough cleaning cycle.
2. Buideu tota l'aigua de la unitat.
3. Disconnect the water supply and power cord.
4. Dry the interior completely.
5. Guardeu la unitat en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa.
