3. Instal·lació i configuració

Col·locació de la unitat

Place the portable air conditioner on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of unobstructed space around the unit for proper air circulation. Do not place the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

Instal·lació del kit de finestres

The included window kit is designed for easy installation in both vertical and horizontal sliding windows.

1. Assemble Window Panel: Adjust the window panel kit to fit the opening of your window. The kit is adjustable for windows between 10 and 59 inches. Secure the panels together using the provided screws if necessary.
2. Install in Window: Open your window and place the assembled window panel kit into the window frame. Close the window securely against the panel to create a seal. Use the foam seals to fill any gaps.
3. Connecteu la mànega d'escapament: Connect one end of the exhaust hose to the adapter on the back of the portable AC unit. Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the window panel adapter.
4. Ensure Proper Venting: Extend the exhaust hose as straight as possible to the window kit, avoiding sharp bends or kinks, which can reduce efficiency. Ensure the hose is securely attached at both ends to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

The unit can be operated using the control panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control. The remote control features a backlit LCD screen for visibility in the dark.

5. Manteniment

Neteja del filtre d'aire

El filtre d'aire s'ha de netejar cada dues setmanes o amb més freqüència, depenent de l'ús i la qualitat de l'aire.

1. Apagueu i desconnecteu: Ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Elimina el filtre: Locate and carefully remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit.
3. Neteja el filtre: Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Gently rinse it under running water to remove all dust and debris.
4. Filtre sec: Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament a l'aire abans de tornar-lo a inserir a la unitat. No utilitzeu assecadora ni calor directa.
5. Reinstal·la el filtre: Carefully place the dry filter back into its position.

This unit features a self-evaporative system, which typically exhausts most condensed water. However, in areas of high humidity, the internal water tank may fill, requiring manual draining.

2. Locate Drain Port: Find the drain port, usually at the bottom rear of the unit.
