Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove the OTG and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Col·locació: Place the OTG on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place near flammable materials.
3. Neteja: Abans del primer ús, netegeu l'interior i l'exterior del forn amb un anunciamp cloth. Wash all accessories (baking tray, grill rack, rotisserie parts, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
4. Primer ús de la cremació: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. Set the temperature to maximum (230°C) and the function to "Bake" (top and bottom heating elements). Run the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Instruccions de funcionament

The Borosil Pro 60L OTG offers multiple cooking functions. Refer to the control panel image for knob identification.

Passos generals d'operació:

1. Place the food item on the appropriate accessory (baking tray, grill rack, or rotisserie).

4. Estableix el Pom de control de temperatura to the desired temperature (70°C to 230°C).

6. Estableix el Pom de temporitzador to the desired cooking time (0-120 minutes). The oven will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero. For continuous operation, turn the timer knob past the "OFF" position to the "Stay-On" setting.
7. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating.
8. When cooking is complete, turn the timer to "OFF" (if not already done by the timer). Carefully remove food using oven mitts and the provided handle.

Funcions específiques:

• Cocció: Use the baking tray. Select the function that activates both top and bottom heating elements, often with convection for even heat distribution. Set temperature and time as per recipe.
• A la brasa: Use the grill rack. Select the function that activates the top heating element. Place food closer to the top element for faster grilling. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
• Torrat: Use the grill rack. Select the function that activates both top and bottom heating elements or just top, depending on desired toast level. Adjust time for desired crispness.

  1. Securely attach the food (e.g., whole chicken, paneer skewers) onto the rotisserie rod using the skewer set. Ensure it is balanced.
  2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie rod into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
  3. Rest the square end of the rod onto the support on the left side.
  4. Select the rotisserie function on the function knob. This will activate the rotisserie motor and heating elements.
  5. Ajustar la temperatura i el temps.

Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your OTG.

   • Remove the crumb tray, grill rack, baking tray, and rotisserie parts. Wash them in warm, soapy water. For stubborn stains, soak them before cleaning.
   • Netegeu les parets interiors amb anunciamp cloth. For baked-on food, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product instructions carefully. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
   • No submergiu l'aparell en aigua.
4. Safata de molla: The removable crumb tray should be cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
5. Elements de calefacció: Do not attempt to clean the heating elements directly. Any food particles on them will burn off during operation.
