1. Introducció

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your FOHERE 6L Cool Mist Humidifier, Model HU-701. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

The FOHERE HU-701 humidifier is designed to add moisture to the air, helping to alleviate dry air conditions in various indoor environments such as bedrooms, offices, and plant rooms. It features a large capacity, quiet operation, smart humidity control, and an aromatherapy function.

2. Instruccions de seguretat

Per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica o lesions, seguiu sempre aquestes precaucions de seguretat bàsiques:

• Llegiu totes les instruccions abans de fer funcionar l'humidificador.
• Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, level surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.
• No col·loqueu l'humidificador directament sobre catifes, tovalloles o altres superfícies absorbents.
• Mantingueu l'humidificador fora de l'abast dels nens i les mascotes.
• Desendolleu sempre l'humidificador abans d'omplir-lo, netejar-lo o moure'l.
• No submergeu la unitat base en aigua ni altres líquids.
• Feu servir només aigua neta i freda de l'aixeta. Es recomana aigua destil·lada o desmineralitzada per evitar l'acumulació de minerals.
• Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank. Use the designated aroma box.

4. Configuració

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i col·loqueu l'humidificador sobre una superfície estable, plana i resistent a l'aigua.
2. Col·locació: Ensure the humidifier is placed at least 12 inches (30 cm) from walls, furniture, and electronics. Do not place it directly on the floor if possible, to allow for better mist dispersion.
3. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua:
   • Traieu la coberta superior de l'humidificador.
   • Lift the water tank using the integrated handle.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water up to the 'MAX' line. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended.
   • Place the water tank back onto the base, ensuring it is seated correctly.

4. Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate briefly.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The humidifier can be operated using the touch control panel on the front or the included remote control.

5.1 Funcionament bàsic

• Encès/apagat: Premeu el botó d'engegada (U) to turn the humidifier on or off.
• Ajust del nivell de boira: In Manual Mode, press the Mist button (A) repeatedly to cycle through Low, Medium, and High mist output levels.
• 360° Mist Nozzles: The dual mist nozzles on top can be rotated independently to direct mist in desired directions.

5.2 Smart Humidity Control (Auto Mode)

• Press the Humidity button (%) to set your desired humidity level between 40% and 80% in 5% increments.
• The humidifier will automatically adjust mist output to maintain the set humidity level.
• The built-in humidistat has a precision of ±5%.

5.3 Mode de repòs

• Press the Sleep Mode button (Zz) per activar el mode de repòs.
• In Sleep Mode, the humidifier operates at a low noise level (below 28dB), the display lights turn off, and it maintains a humidity level between 50%-60%.
• Press any button to exit Sleep Mode.

5.4 Funció de temporitzador

• Premeu el botó del temporitzador (L) repeatedly to set the operating time from 1 to 16 hours.
• The humidifier will automatically turn off once the set time expires.

5.5 Llum nocturna

• Press the Night Light button (*) to turn the soft night light on or off.

5.6 Funció d'aromateràpia

• Localitza la caixa d'aroma al lateral de la base de l'humidificador.
• Traieu la safata de la caixa d'aromes.
• Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad.
• Slide the tray back into the aroma box. The mist will carry the scent into the air.

5.7 Control remot

The remote control duplicates all functions available on the main control panel, allowing for convenient operation from a distance.

6. Manteniment

La neteja regular és essencial per a un rendiment òptim i per prevenir l'acumulació de minerals i el creixement de bacteris.

6.1 Manteniment diari

• Desendolleu l'humidificador.
• Buideu l'aigua restant del dipòsit i de la base.
• Netegeu el dipòsit i la base amb un drap net.
• Refill with fresh water before next use.

6.2 Weekly Cleaning (or every 3-5 days of use)

• Desendolleu l'humidificador.
• Traieu la coberta superior i el dipòsit d'aigua.
• Netegeu el dipòsit d'aigua: Use the provided cleaning brush or a soft cloth to wipe the inside of the tank. For mineral buildup, fill the tank with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 gallon of water. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
• Clean the Base Unit: Gently wipe the surface of the base, especially around the transducer (the small disc that produces mist), with a soft cloth dampened with white vinegar. Do not immerse the base in water. Use the cleaning brush to remove any mineral deposits from the transducer.
