- Always ensure the power adapter meets the specified voltage and current (12V, 2A).
- The nozzle reaches high temperatures (180-230°C). Avoid touching the nozzle during operation or immediately after.

5. Muntatge i muntatge
Your printer comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup.
5.1. Passos de muntatge
- Assemble the Base and Platform: Connect the Y axis & Platform to the Control box base.
- Attach Z-axis Bracket: Secure the Z-axis bracket.
- Install Z and X Axes: Mount the Z axis and X axis components.
- Attach Print Head: Connect the print head to the X axis.
- Instal·leu el portafilaments: Attach the filament holder to the top of the Z axis.

5.2. Anivellament de la base d'impressió
Proper bed leveling is crucial for successful prints and to prevent damage to the printer.
- Press the home switch to initiate the leveling process.
- When the print head touches the magnetic plate, immediately disconnect the power.
- Adjust the print bed as needed. If the nozzle is too close, it can crush and damage the magnetic plate. If it's too far, the printed model will not adhere to the magnetic plate.
6. Funcionament
6.1. Preparing Print Files
The printer supports STL and OBJ input formats, which are converted to Gcode for printing. You can use slicing software like Easyware, Cura, or Simplify3D to prepare your models.

6.2. Filament de càrrega
This printer supports 1.75mm PLA and TPU filaments.
- Col·loqueu el carrete de filament al portafilaments. Nota: Only 250g filament can be hung directly. For larger spools, an extension part may be needed (a Gcode file for this part is typically found on the included TF card).
- Gently feed the filament into the print head's input.
- Use the '+' and '-' controls on the printer to load the material until it extrudes smoothly from the nozzle.
6.3. Inici d'una impressió
- Upload your Gcode files to a memory card (maximum 128GB).
- Insert the memory card into the printer.
- Use the printer's controls to select your desired file.
- Press the start button. The nozzle will heat up to approximately 180°C in 5 minutes for PLA material.
- Monitor the initial layers to ensure proper adhesion and print quality.

7. Manteniment
Un manteniment regular garanteix un rendiment òptim i una llarga vida útil de la impressora 3D.
- Netegeu la base d'impressió: Regularly clean the magnetic print plate to ensure good adhesion. Use isopropyl alcohol for best results.
- Neteja de broquets: If the nozzle becomes clogged, gently clean it with a fine needle or by performing a cold pull procedure.
- Lubricació: Periodically lubricate the Z-axis lead screw and other moving parts with appropriate lubricant.

- Emmagatzematge: When not in use, store the printer in a dry, dust-free environment.
