4. Configuració i ús inicial
The RUNIMON RM01 treadmill requires no assembly and is ready for use directly from the box. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Desplega la cinta de córrer: Carefully lift the treadmill from its folded position.
- Adjust Incline (Optional): To set the 9% manual incline, lift the treadmill and extract the pins from the foot pads on both sides. Adjust the foot pads to the desired position and re-insert the pins to secure them.
- Stabilize the Treadmill: Adjust the central support bolt on the underside of the treadmill until it firmly touches the ground, ensuring maximum stability. Perform this on both sides.
- Install PAD Holder: Insert the PAD holder into the designated slot on the handlebar.
- Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the power cable into the treadmill and then into a suitable wall outlet.
- Adjuntar la clau de seguretat: Before starting any workout, attach the red safety key to the designated magnetic area on the console and clip the other end to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.
