3. Muntatge i muntatge

The TOPUTURE TP4 treadmill is designed for minimal assembly and is ready to use almost directly out of the box.

3.1 Desembalatge

1. Traieu amb cura la cinta de córrer del seu embalatge.

3.2 Col·locació

• Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Avoid placing it on thick carpets, which may obstruct ventilation.
• Ensure there is at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) of clear space behind the treadmill and 0.6 meters (2 feet) on each side for safe operation and emergency dismount.
• The compact design allows it to fit under beds or sofas when folded for storage.

3.3 Configuració inicial

4.1 Basic Controls (Remote & Display)

4.2 modes d'entrenament

• Mode de caminada: When the handle is folded down, the treadmill operates as a walking pad with a speed range of 0.6 a 5 MPH.
• Mode de funcionament: With the handle upright, the treadmill functions as a traditional treadmill with a speed range of 5 a 7.6 MPH.
• Mode M: Allows you to set specific workout goals based on time, calories, or distància. Refer to the display for setting these parameters.

4.3 Ajust d'inclinació

The treadmill features a 9% manual incline adjustment. To adjust the incline, you will need to manually set the incline level at the rear of the treadmill deck. 5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

• Keep the area around the treadmill clean and free of dust and debris.

5.2 Lubricació

The treadmill features lubrication holes for easy maintenance. Regular lubrication of the running belt is crucial to reduce friction and extend the life of the motor and belt.

1. Refer to the included Tool Kit for the appropriate lubricant.
2. Locate the lubrication holes on the side of the treadmill deck.
3. Apply a small amount of lubricant into the holes as per the instructions provided with the lubricant.
4. Frequency of lubrication depends on usage; generally, every 3-6 months for moderate use.
