5.1 Understanding TENS and EMS Therapy
The Chirp Halo combines two types of electrical stimulation:

- Turn on the Halo device by pressing the power button on the device or remote.
- Use the remote to select from various pre-programmed modes (e.g., Pain Relief, Massage, Squeeze, Thump).
- Adjust the intensity level using the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.
- Each session typically lasts 20 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after the session concludes.

6. Manteniment i cura
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your Chirp Halo.
