1. Encès: Press and hold the power button (labeled with a 'U' symbol) on the digital tester to turn it on.
2. Prepare Test Strip: Take one test strip from the bottle. Ensure the bottle is immediately sealed to protect remaining strips from moisture.
3. Immerse Strip: Dip the test strip into the water sample for exactly 2 seconds.
4. Shake Off Excess Water: Remove the strip from the water and gently shake off any excess water. Do not wipe the strip.
5. Insert Strip: Insert the test strip into the testing slot on the digital tester, ensuring all test pads are facing upwards and fully inserted.

7. Wait for Results: Wait for the countdown to reach 0 (approximately 30 seconds). The test results will then be displayed on the screen.

Understanding Results

The digital tester provides numerical readouts for each parameter. Refer to the table below for the tester's coverage range and typical safe ranges for aquarium water. If a parameter exceeds the testing range, the maximum value will be displayed. If it falls below the minimum detectable value, the minimum value will appear.

Manteniment

Test Strip Storage

To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your test strips, always reseal the bottle immediately after removing a strip. The bottle contains a desiccant to absorb moisture, which can degrade the chemical pads on the strips.

Tester Cleaning

Wipe the digital tester with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Do not immerse the tester in water or use abrasive cleaners. Ensure the testing slot is free of debris.
