1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the IBT-2X main unit.

5.1 Encendre/apagar:

Press the power button on the main unit to turn it on. The LCD display will light up. Press and hold the power button to turn it off.

• Insert the probe tip into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bone or gristle, for accurate internal temperature readings.
• Use the probe clip to attach a probe to the grill grate or oven rack to monitor ambient cooking temperature.
