3. Instruccions de configuració

3.1. Mobile/Tablet Setup (Bluetooth)

4.1. Càrrega de paper tèrmic

The ETIKEZ D90E printer is designed exclusively for 8.5" x 11" US Letter thermal paper. Do not use ordinary copy paper, as it will not print and may cause issues.

1. Encès: Assegureu-vos que la impressora estigui engegada.
2. Orient Paper: Hold the thermal paper with the "Load paper here" label facing upwards.
3. Inserir paper: With both hands, carefully insert the paper vertically into the printer's paper feed slot, ensuring the two ends of the paper are aligned to prevent offset printing.
4. Confirmació: The printer will automatically feed the paper, and the indicator light will turn green when it is ready for printing.

The Labelnize app supports printing various file types, including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, WebPàgines, TXT files, and images. Ensure your document is prepared and selected within the app before printing.

5. Manteniment

5.1. Atenció general

• Mantingueu la impressora neta i sense pols. Feu servir un drap suau i sec per a la neteja exterior.
• Eviteu exposar la impressora a temperatures extremes o a la llum solar directa.
• Store the printer in its portable carry case when not in use to protect it from damage.

6. Solució De Problemes

6.1. Embussos de paper

If the printer experiences a paper jam:

1. Eject Paper: Simply press the power button once. The machine is designed to automatically eject the jammed paper.
2. Evitar la força: Do not forcefully open the machine cover, as this may cause injury or damage to the printer.
3. Use Flat Thermal Paper: To prevent future paper jams and curling, ensure you are using flat thermal paper.

Important: Only use thermal paper for printing. Regular paper is not compatible and will not produce an image.
