Utilizing advanced Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology, this device features a dual-lamp system, Sapphire ICE Cooling for comfort, and Adaptizone AI Detection for precise treatment. This manual provides essential information on how to safely and effectively use your Dreame Nova device, including setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

4. Configuració

  1. Prepara la teva pell: Before treatment, ensure the target area is clean, dry, and free of any lotions, gels, or deodorants. Shave the area to remove surface hair. Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams, as these remove the hair follicle which is necessary for IPL treatment.
  2. Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the power adapter into the device and then into a power outlet. The device will enter standby mode.
  3. Utilitzeu ulleres de protecció: Always wear the provided protective goggles to shield your eyes from the intense light flashes.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Engegada i selecció de mode

  1. Encès: Manteniu premut el botó d'engegada durant uns segons per encendre el dispositiu.
  2. Seleccioneu el mode de tractament: The Dreame Nova offers three modes: Face, Body, and VIO (Bikini Area). Use the mode selection button to cycle through these options. Each mode is optimized for specific body areas.
  3. Ajusta el nivell d'intensitat: The device has multiple intensity levels. Start with the lowest level and gradually increase it as your skin tolerates it. The Adaptizone AI Detection system will also help calibrate the intensity based on your skin tone.

5.2 Aplicació del tractament

  1. Col·loca el dispositiu: Press the treatment window firmly against your skin, ensuring full contact. The device will detect skin contact and prepare for a flash.
  2. Flash: Press the flash button. The device will emit a flash of light.
  3. Glide Mode (0.2s Auto-Flash): For larger areas, you can use the ultra-fast 0.2-second auto-flash mode. Hold the flash button down and glide the device slowly and continuously over the skin. The device will flash automatically.
  4. Sapphire ICE Cooling: The integrated Sapphire ICE Cooling system will maintain a low temperature at the point of contact (around 65°F), reducing discomfort and irritation during treatment.

5.3 Calendari de tractament

For optimal results, follow a consistent treatment schedule. Initial results may be visible in as little as 2 weeks, with significant reduction after 28 days of consistent use.

6. Skin and Hair Suitability

The Dreame Nova IPL device is effective on a range of skin tones and hair colors. However, it is not suitable for all combinations. Please refer to the chart below to determine if this device is appropriate for your skin tone and hair color.

7. Manteniment

  1. Neteja: After each use, ensure the device is unplugged. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the treatment window and the device body. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  2. Emmagatzematge: Guardeu el dispositiu a la seva bossa original en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de la humitat.
  3. Lamp Vida: The device has a long-lasting lamp designed for numerous flashes. No replacement lampes necessiten.

8. Solució De Problemes

  • Sense flash: Check if the treatment window is in full contact with the skin. The device has a skin contact sensor for safety. Ensure the intensity level is set correctly.
  • Molèsties durant l'ús: Reduce the intensity level. Ensure the Sapphire ICE Cooling feature is active. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Uneven results: Ensure consistent coverage of the treatment area. Overlapping flashes slightly can help achieve more uniform results.
